This paper presents the implementation of the project of new, large stand for destructive tests in the Institute of Building Engineering at Wroclaw University of Technology. The decision to build the stands was taken after the completion of two large international projects (PRECOBEAM, ELEM), which proved to be a useful testing ground for various destructive testing of steel, concrete and composite construction under static and cyclic load. New stand will enable the future research, that aren’t currently achievable by the institute.
