Information system supports of cash flows management in agricultural enterprises

This publication presents the AGROLOGIS IT system, which supports cash flows management in agricultural enterprises. The IT system was designed for the identification, analysis and calculation of the costs of activity of agricultural enterprises, allowing for logistics costs. Apart from the complex information on logistics costs the system also provides information on the costs of generation of individual products in the process approach, overall costs of the activity and on the income from the sales of products in terms of time periods. The costs information in time periods perspective obtained from the software provides the management staff with the basis for making decisions concerning the operating activities.

W publikacji zaprezentowano system informatyczny AGROLOGIS wspierający zarządzanie przepływami pieniężnymi w przedsiębiorstwach rolniczych. System informatyczny został zaprojektowany w celu identyfikacji, analizy i kalkulacji kosztów działalności przedsiębiorstw rolniczych z uwzględnieniem kosztów logistyki. Oprócz kompleksowej informacji o kosztach logistyki, system dostarcza informacji o kosztach wytwarzania poszczególnych produktów w ujęciu procesowym, kosztach ogólnych działalności, jak również o przychodach ze sprzedaży produktów w przekrojach czasowych. Uzyskane informacje kosztowe w ujęciu czasowym stanowią dla kadry zarządzającej podstawę do podejmowania decyzji w zakresie działalności operacyjnej.

Currently there are more and more ships sailing in inland waterways so that the traditional inland shipping management information system (ISMIS) becomes relatively backward. Based on the rapidly developed new information technologies, such as wireless sensor network, Internet-of-things, cloud-computing and so on, we propose a novel design of ISMIS, which is featured by low cost, environment-friendly, cross platform, high scalability and integrity and thus can efficiently improve the inland shipping management and inland water environment.

Modele procesowe przepływów informacji są stosowane w analizie struktury organizacji przedsiębiorstwa. Celem analizy i modelowania jest projekt systemu informatycznego wspomagającego zarządzanie. Metoda modelowania powinna zapewnić zgodność funkcji systemu informatycznego oraz działalności operacyjnej i decyzyjnej organizacji przedsiębiorstwa. Model procesowy stanowi "obraz informacyjny", który obserwujemy w działalności organizacji i który powinien być efektem użytkowania systemu informacyjnego/ W publikacji przedstawiono modele procesowe w projektowaniu systemu informatycznego jako studium przypadku metody ATP sterowania przepływami w sieci logistycznej.

Process models of information flows are used in a company organization structure analyze. The modeling and analyze goal is the information system design for the managing support. The modeling method should ensure the information system functions are appropriate to the managing and operating processes. The process model specifies "an image" of information flows, which we observe in activity of an organization. The model should also be an effect of the information system using. This arise a problem if a model, which maps the "image" of information flows ensures the information system provide the required functionality. In this paper are presented process models in a information system design using a case study of the ATP method of flows control in a logistic net.
