The results of researches in the area of nanosystems of informatics, self-replication and self-organization processes are presented. Developing and joining together the gotten results into the integral whole permits in these three mentioned scopes to elaborate the scientific bases for the construction of structure of the algorithms and organization of nanosystems of informatics for the direct material production and object fabrication, and the inspiration of processes of the self-organization of objects.

Przedstawia się rezultaty badań uzyskane w zakresie nanosystemów informatyki, samoreplikacji i samoorganizacji. Rozwinięcie i połączenie w spójną całość rezultatów uzyskanych w tych trzech wymienionych zakresach pozwala na opracowanie podstaw naukowych struktury algorytmów i organizacji systemów informatyki bezpośredniego wytwarzania materiałów i inspiracji procesów samoorganizacji obiektów.

Processes of sequential forcing of the nanostructure configuration, and also the self-replication and self-organization processes which may be performed in the nanoprocess arę the phenomena that may make successful the direct materials nano-fabrication in the systems of informatics, possible. Since the nanostructures are being created from the basie elements represented by molecules, the arising structure is adopting a certain spatial shape. The spatial forming of the nanostructures has an essential meaning from a point of view of the created types of desirable products and their properties both as a finał molecular technology result and as functioning nanostructures in signal transduction pathways inside the running nanoprocess. In the paper the problem of determining of the nanostructures conformation is discussed in case of free conformation forming as well as in case of constraints existence.

Systems of technical informatics are being used for the realization of computational processes performed on the indicated data in a form of numbers. Computations are not performed in biological systems of informatics but the sets of technological operations which material products are coming into existence for living organism construction. It is possible to create technical systems of informatics which such goals will be realizing like in the case of biological systems and so will be taken to manufacruring objects and products on the basis of the molecular nanotechnology. It leads to three problems connected with the realization of creating technical systems of informatics and it concerns: the nanosystems of informatics, the self-replication, and the self-organization processes. In the paper, a problem of transient states of the process occurred for the self-organization of the object with properties of basie elements constituting this object determined, have been presented.

Systemy informatyki technicznej wykorzystywane są do realizacji procesów obliczeniowych przez odpowiednie operacje na liczbach. W biologicznych systemach informatyki nie są realizowane obliczenia lecz operacje, w których powstają produkty materialne potrzebne do budowy organizmu. Można zbudować systemy techniczne informatyki, które realizować będą takie cele jak w przypadku systemów biologicznych a więc będą stosowane do wytwarzania produktów i obiektów na bazie nanotechnologii molekularnej. Prowadzi to do trzech problemów związanych z realizacją systemów technicznych wykorzystujących informatyczną technologię wytwarzania i dotyczy nanosystemów informatyki, samoreplikacji oraz samoorganizacji. W pracy przedstawiono zagadnienie stanów nieustalonych procesu samoorganizacji determinowanego właściwościami elementów podstawowych, z których zbudowany jest obiekt powstający w tym procesie.
