Obecnie w trakcie integracji przedsiębiorstw przy realizacji przedsięwzięcia budowlanego kładzie się nacisk na przeprowadzenie analiz i kontroli związków komunikacyjnych uczestników procesu. Przejście do nowoczesnych metod zarządzania budownictwem ściśle jest związane z sieciową strukturą organizacyjną. Struktura sieciowa to nowy model redystrybucji zasobów intelektualnych i produkcyjnych, który pozwala podmiotom minimalizować czas i koszty. Ryzyko wzrostu czasu i kosztów zwiększa się wraz ze wzrostem liczby uczestników procesu inwestycyjnego w budownictwie. Przy zintegrowanej realizacji projektu budowlanego optymalność podjętych decyzji głównie zależy od skuteczności procesu negocjacyjnego, który z kolei zależy od struktury organizacyjnej. W artykule zostały przedstawione trzy główne typy sieciowej struktury organizacyjnej, które mogą być stosowane podczas zintegrowanego procesu realizacji projektu budowlanego: fokalny, dynamiczny i multifokalny. Podano również sposób wyznaczenia minimalnej liczby „zastępców” podmiotu zarządzającego siecią przy stosowaniu multifokalnej sieciowej struktury organizacyjnej. Przy założeniu, że liczba uczestników projektu jest mniejsza od pięciu osób, kierownik może pracować sam lub z jednym zastępcą. Przy zwiększeniu liczby uczestników projektu, liczba „zastępców” podmiotu zarządzającego siecią rośnie według przyjętego założenia.

The process of integrated project delivery in construction shifts towards analyzing and controlling of communications. The transition to the modern construction management methods is closely connected with network organizational structure. The network structure is a new model for intellectual and productive resources exchange, which allows the enterprises to minimize time and expenses. The risks that time and charges will increase grow as the number of participants in the investment process in the construction rises. In the integrated project delivery, the optimality of the decisions is mainly dependent on the effectiveness of the negotiation process, which in turn depends on the organizational structure. The article presents three main types of network organizational structure that can be applied during the integrated delivery of the project: focal, dynamic and multifocal. It provides the method of determining the minimum number of “substitute members” to manage the network in applying the multifocal type of network organizational structure. Provided that the number of participants in a project is less than five, the manager may work on his own or with one alternate. When the number of project participant’s increases, the number of “substitute members” to manage the network grows in accordance with the accepted condition.

Recent development trends in the American construction industry have been presented, as well as characteristic innovation trends on the basis of forecasts for the last two years. Reports and web portals were used. Attention was drawn to the need to support implementation of innovation through organizational and legislative actions. The presented phenomena and trends will reach Poland with a certain inertia in time.

W artykule opisano podstawowe pojęcia i standardy technologii BIM i przykłady zadań rozwiązywanych w BIM, które wykraczają poza możliwości konwencjonalnych systemów CAD.

The author mainly points to BIM (Building lnformation Modeling) as a concept of a comprehensive presentation of all stages of a construction investment process and building life cycles. The article contains a description of basic terms and standards of the BIM technology as well as sample tasks which can be solved in BIM, which go beyond possibilities offered by conventional CAD systems.

Pulsed plasma in the impulse plasma deposition (IPD) synthesis is generated in a coaxial accelerator by strong periodic electrical pulses, and it is distributed in a form of energetic plasma packets. A nearly complete ionization of gas, in these conditions of plasma generation, favors the nucleation of new phase of ions and synthesis of metastable materials in a form of coatings which are characterized by amorphous and/or nanocrystalline structure. In this work, the Fe-Cu alloy, which is immiscible in the state of equilibrium, was selected as a model system to study the possibility of formation of a non-equilibrium phase during the IPD synthesis. Structural characterization of the layers was done by means of X-ray diffraction and conversion-electron Mossbauer spectroscopy. It was found that supersaturated solid solutions were created as a result of mixing and/or alloying effects between the layer components delivered to the substrate independently and separately in time. Therefore, the solubility in the Fe-Cu system was largely extended in relation to the equilibrium conditions, as described by the equilibrium phase diagram in the solid state.

Artykuł porusza problemy współczesnego zarządzania przedsięwzięciem budowlanym. Pomimo wprowadzania nowoczesnych technologii i materiałów budowlanych oraz wykorzystywania oprogramowania wspierającego analizy inżynierskie oraz podejmowanie decyzji w budownictwie, wydajność pracy sukcesywnie spada. Autor artykułu opisuje nową ideę zintegrowanego zarządzania przedsięwzięciem budowlanym (Integrated Project Delivery) i porównuje ją z dotychczas stosowanymi w zarządzaniu przedsięwzięciem sposobami, takimi jak system tradycyjny Design-Bid-Build oraz system zaprojektuj i wybuduj - Design&Build. Pokazano również problemy związane z obiegiem informacji w trakcie prowadzenia przedsięwzięcia budowlanego i korzyści, jakie daje zastosowanie zintegrowanego zarządzania przedsięwzięciem budowlanym w połączeniu z technologią BIM (Building Information Modeling - modelowanie informacji o budynku). Opisano również popularny na świecie format wymiany danych między różnymi oprogramowaniami IFC (Industry Foundation Classes), który pozwala wymieniać informacje o wielu aspektach przedsięwzięcia budowlanego.

The article discusses the problems of today's construction project management. Despite the implementation of modern technologies and building materials, and the use of software to support engineering analysis and decision-making in construction, efficiency gradually decreases. The article describes a new concept of integrated construction project management (Integrated Project Delivery) and compares it with the previously used management methods, such as Design-Bid-Build and Design & Build. The article also shows the problems associated with the flow of information during the completionof a construction project and the benefits of integrated construction project management in conjunction with the BIM (Building Information Modelling) technology. The article also describes the world's most popular format for data exchange between different software: IFC (Industry Foundation Classes), which allows exchanging information on many aspects of a construction project.
