In this paper Iow innovative ability of Poland (in macro scale) has been presented and some reasons were highlighted, namely various barriers. The special one is very Iow level of science - industry cooperation. The aim of this article is discussion of open innovation' paradigm and presentation of INNOPENA platform invented by Author and supported by this new concept. The main goal of this platform is enhance collaboration between science and industry for fast implementation of innovative concepts and its commercialization.
