In 2022, two classifications were published to define the diagnosis of patients with acute myeloid leukemia (AML). The World Health Organisation (WHO) 5th edition and the International Consensus Classification (ICC) provide an updated summary of current knowledge of the diseases and construct a framework for physicians. Two differing classifications result in discrepancies, which change the definition of AML subtypes and present a challenge in clinical settings. This work summarizes the updated classification systems and discusses their significance in clinical settings while considering the latest findings. Relevant changes affect the i) required blast percentage, ii) AML harbouring CEBPA mutations, iii) AML with KMT2A and MECOM rearrangements, iv) AML with myelodysplasia-related characteristics and in association with this entity AML with mutated RUNX1, and lastly v) AML with TP53 mutation. In summary, a unified classification system would be desirable to achieve harmonized diagnosis and treatment of AML).

Today the rapid data analytics is changing the way companies try to win, and hence enabling them to generate instantaneous insights for supporting their most important business processes.In present technological era, cloud combining with IOT or Big Data, or highly popular commercial ERP solutions, namely SAP cloud, has touched the height of technological growth but one of the major reasons for the trepidation of its widespread adaptability is the security and authentication breach in cloud technology. Being used in highly commercial solutions, the security issues play a major role.Threat or vulnerability is more important to qualify rather than being quantified only. This paper is a proposal showing a quantifiable approach, focuses on several threats and security breaches and countermeasures their impact concentrating on a cloud based solutions, with the philosophy of the inevitability of testing on cloud security References

W artykule przedstawiono system zarządzania barwą oparty na nowej specyfikacji profili iccMAX. System rozszerza dotychczasowy format oraz strukturę profili ICC, wprowadzając możliwość definiowania źródła światła innego niż D50, uwzględnia warunki obserwacji i nierównomierną powierzchnię podłoży. W artykule przedstawiono komponenty nowej specyfikacji i strukturę profilu iccMAX oraz przykład ilustrujący przepływ prac w nowym systemie zarządzania barwą.

The paper presents a new colour management system based on a new iccMAX profile specification. This system expands current format and file structure of ICC profiles, including definition of illumination source other than D50, different observer condition and irregular surface. The article explains components of new specification as well as iccMAX profile structure and presents an example of worklow using new colour management standard.

The International Chronostratigraphic Chart (ICC) of the Permian system is based on marine sections. The Middle and the Upper Permian deposits in Russia are mainly represented by continental sediments, and that fact complicates the usage of the ICC because of global problems of detailed correlation of the marine and the continental deposits. The general stratigraphic scale (GSS) is used for subdivision and correlation of the Permian system in Russia. It is based on sections on the East European platform (Fedonkin et al. 2013). The most numerous and widespread group of fossil organisms from the Permian continental deposits of the East European platform is represented by freshwater ostracods. Active research on this group has been carried out by Russian micropaleontologists for more than 80 years. As a result, a huge material on ostracods was collected (Molostovskaya & Lukin 1998). At this point revision of all this materials was conducted. Specific, generic and familial features were marked. Sexual dimorphism, ostracod ontogeny and phylogeny were studied. The stages of ostracod development were reconstructed. On this basis the Middle and the Upper Permian deposits were subdivided into six Assemblage Zones that form the baseline for the determination of stages and substages of the GSS (Molostovskaya 2005). The boundary between the Severodvinian and Vyatkian stages of the Upper Permian (Tatarian) was fixed at the base of the Wjatkellina fragilina - Dvinella cyrta Assemblage Zone. Section Mutovino on the Sukhona River (Vologda region) was selected as the boundary-stratotype (limitotype) of the above-mentioned boundary. We obtained new data on the ostracod distribution in the boundary deposits of the Severodvinian and Vyatkian stages of this section. Prasuchonella stelmachovi (Spizharskyi, 1939), Pr. ex gr. stelmachovi (Spizharskyi, 1939), Suchonellina parallela Spizharskyi, 1939, S. cf. parallela Spizharskyi, 1939, S. inornata Spizharskyi, 1939, Sinusuella vjatkensis (Posner, 1948) were found just below the boundary. Prasuchonella cf. stelmachovi (Spizharskyi, 1939), Pr. cf. stelmachovi var. ovalis (Kotschetkova, 1970), Suchonella cf. blomi Molostovskaya, 2001, S. ex gr. auriculata (Schneider, 1948), Suchonella sp., Suchonellina inornata Spizharskyi, 1939, S. cf. inornata Spizharskyi, 1939, S. cf. parallela Spizharskyi, 1939, Darwinuloides cf. svijazhicus (Sharapova, 1948), Sinusuella vjatkensis (Posner, 1948) occur at the base of the Vyatkian. The occurrence of Prasuchonella stelmachovi and Suchonella blomi is particularly noteworthy because these species are the members of an evolutionary lineage of Prasuchonella nasalis - P. sulacensis - P. stelmachovi - Suchonella blomi - S. auriculata - S. typica. Thus, the lower boundary of the Vyatkian stage which was established as a boundary of an assemblage zone could be fixed by the first appearance of Suchonella blomi which is an element of the evolutionary lineage.

Modern CAXs are carried on the basis on the C3I and simulation systems. Exchange of data between these systems is full filled by a team of operators who act as the communication interface. In view of the fact that this type of approach is very inefficient, increasing attempts are made to automate this process. This article presents an example of the cooperation between Integrated Command and Control Software for Air Operations (ICC) and Joint Theater Level Simulation (JTLS) system. In the first part of the paper the authors focused on the presentation of the ways in which cooperation is possible to achieve. Then they present an alternative ways to interact with the JTLS and C3I systems.

Ćwiczenia dowódczo-sztabowe wspomagane komputerowo realizowane są w oparciu o zautomatyzowane systemy dowodzenia oraz systemy symulacyjne. Wymiana danych pomiędzy tymi systemami realizowana jest przez zespół operatorów pełniących rolę interfejsu komunikacyjnego. Ten sposób jest bardzo nieefektywny, dlatego podejmuje się próby zautomatyzowania tego procesu. Artykuł prezentuje przykład realizacji połączenia Zintegrowanego Systemu Dowodzenia i Kierowania Operacjami Powietrznymi NATO - ICC z systemem symulacyjnym JTLS. Część pierwsza przedstawienia rozwiązania współpracy systemu symulacyjnego JTLS z systemem ICC jako przykład modelowy. Następnie prezentowane są alternatywne możliwości współpracy symulacyjnego systemu JTLS ze zautomatyzowanymi systemami dowodzenia.
