The correlation analysis of the intra-industry trade of wooden furniture for bedrooms and other wooden furniture and the GDP per capita of the Visegrád Group countries. The paper focuses on the analysis of the correlation between the intra-industry trade of wooden furniture for bedrooms and other wooden furniture of the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, and Slovakia and their GDP per capita in 2010-2021 years. The study covers the analysis of intra-industry trade using the Grubel-Lloyd indicator. Well-developed level of intra-industry trade of wooden furniture for bedrooms was observed between the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The highest level of the Grubel-Lloyd index of intra-industry trade of other wooden furniture between Slovakia and Hungary was observed. The hypothesis of a positive correlation between intra-industry trade and GDP has not been confirmed. A strong negative relationship between the GDP per capita of Hungary and the Grubel-Lloyd index of intra-industry trade of furniture for bedrooms between Hungary and Slovakia was confirmed. A moderate negative relationship between the GDP per capita of the Czech Republic and the Grubel-Lloyd index of intra-industry trade of other wooden furniture between the Czech Republic and Hungary was found.

Analiza korelacji handlu wewnątrzgałęziowego drewnianymi meblami do sypialni i innymi drewnianymi meblami oraz PKB per capita krajów Grupy Wyszehradzkiej. Artykuł koncentruje się na weryfikacji hipotezy o istnieniu dodatniej korelacji wartości handlu wewnątrzgałęziowego w dwóch grupach produktowych, tj. drewnianych mebli do sypialni oraz pozostałych drewnianych mebli oraz PKB krajów Grupy Wyszehradzkiej. W analizach handlu wewnątrzgałęziowego, które obejmowały okres 2010-2021 wykorzystano wskaźnik Grubela-Lloyda. Przeprowadzone badania nie potwierdziły występowania dodatniej zależności między indeksem Grubela-Lloyda reprezentującym handel wewnątrzgałęziowy a PKB per capita analizowanych krajów V4. Najwyższy poziom handlu wewnątrzgałęziowego w grupie drewnianych mebli do sypialni stwierdzono między Republiką Czech i Słowacją, zaś w grupie pozostałych drewnianych mebli dla krajów: Słowacji i Węgier.

The correlation analysis of the intra-industry trade of wooden furniture for offices and kitchens and the GDP per capita of the Visegrád Group countries. The paper focuses on the analysis of the correlation between the intra-industry trade of wooden furniture for offices and kitchens of the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, and Slovakia and their GDP per capita in 2010-2021 years. The study covers the analysis of intra-industry trade using the Grubel-Lloyd indicator. Well-developed level of intra-industry trade of wooden furniture for offices was observed between Poland and Slovakia. The highest level of the Grubel-Lloyd index of intra-industry trade of furniture for kitchens between Slovakia and the Czech Republic was observed. The hypothesis of a positive correlation between intra-industry trade and GDP has not been confirmed. A strong negative relationship between the GDP per capita of Hungary and Poland and the Grubel-Lloyd index of intra-industry trade of furniture for offices between Hungary-Slovakia and Poland-Slovakia was confirmed. A weak or no impact of the GDP per capita of analysed countries on the results of intra-industry trade in the V4 countries in the group of kitchen furniture was found.

Analiza korelacji handlu wewnątrzgałęziowego drewnianymi meblami do biur i kuchni i PKB per capita krajów Grupy Wyszehradzkiej. Artykuł koncentruje się na weryfikacji hipotezy o istnieniu dodatniej korelacji wartości handlu wewnątrzgałęziowego w dwóch grupach produktowych, tj. drewnianych mebli do biur oraz drewnianych mebli do kuchni oraz PKB per capita krajów Grupy Wyszehradzkiej. Analiza handlu wewnątrzgałęziowego przeprowadzona została z wykorzystaniem wskaźnika Grubela-Lloyda w latach 2010-2021. W wyniku badań nie potwierdzono występowania dodatniej zależności między poziomem handlu wewnątrzgałęziowego omawianych grup produktów i wysokością PKB badanych krajów. Najbardziej rozwinięty handel wewnątrzgałęziowy meblami biurowymi stwierdzono między Polską i Słowacją. Najbardziej rozwinięty handel wewnątrzgałęziowy meblami do kuchni zaobserwowano dla pary krajów: Słowacja - Republika Czeska.
