Fort Bema jako przykład potencjału termomodernizacyjnego zabytkowych budynków militarnych

Szczególnym rodzajem obiektów zabytkowych są obiekty militarne, gdyż ich charakter i pełniona niegdyś funkcja znacznie różnią się od tej, którą chce się im nadać, aby przywrócić do użytkowania. W artykule przedstawiono koncepcję architektoniczną rewitalizacji i termomodernizacji Fortów Bema w Warszawie z wariantową koncepcją modernizacji źródła ciepła, dostosowaną do specyficznej formy, zabytkowego charakteru i realnych możliwości. Przedstawiono obliczenia zapotrzebowania na energię i emisję dwutlenku węgla podczas eksploatacji we wszystkich zaproponowanych wariantach. Obliczenia pokazują możliwości przywrócenia obiektu społeczności lokalnej, poprawy komfortu jego użytkowania w wyniku poprawy parametrów obudowy zewnętrznej oraz możliwości obniżenia zapotrzebowania na energię i osiągnięcie standardu budynku zero emisyjnego.

Military buildings are a special type of historic building, as their character and the function they used to provide are very different from the functions you want to give them in order to be returned to their users. This article presents an architectural concept for the thermal modernisation of the Bema Fort in Warsaw with a variant concept for the modernisation of the heat source, adapted to the specific form, historic character and realistic possibilities. Calculations of energy demand and carbon dioxide emissions during operation in all proposed variants are presented. The calculations show the possibilities of restoring the facility to the local community, improving the comfort of its use related to the upgrade of its external envelope parameters and the possibilities of lowering its energy demand and achieving a zero-emission building standard.

One of the numerous examples of fortifications placed on the territory of Poland is Warsaw Fortress. It is a ring-shaped fortress where the Citadel forms its central part and where there are two rings of forts. In the inner ring there is P-Parysów Fort also called Bem's Fort which is the subject of the present work. The purpose of this article is description of problems resulting from protection of cultural heritage connected with Warsaw Fortress. They are exemplified with concrete works referring to Bem's Fort. It is a fort relatively well preserved, having a big historical value and as such is subject to a complex conservator's protection. However, is the fact of legal conservator's protection sufficient for its real protection?

Most znajduje się na terenie Fortu Bema w Warszawie. Został zbudowany pod koniec XIX w. Jest obiektem trójprzęstowym. Konstrukcję nośną przęsła stanowi pięć stalowych dźwigarów opartych na dwóch rzędach słupowych podpór pośrednich oraz na przyczółkach. Przedstawiono obecny stan techniczny mostu oraz sposób jego rewaloryzacji. Niestety, prowadzone roboty zostały przerwane.

The bridge is on the site of the Bem Fortress in Warsaw. It was built at the end of nineteenth century and embrace three span object. The bearing construction of five steel girders supported on two rows of middle girders and on bridge abutments. The present technical state of the bridge and accepted methods of revalorizations are presented. But unfortunately lead works has been disrupted.
