The purpose of the study is to form a methodology for strategic management of invest-ment and innovation activities in environmentally safe nature management based on the analysis of world experience. The study's methodological approach is based on the step-by-step SMART-research, economical-ecological analysis, systematic investment and innovation activities assessment, PESTLE-, SWOT-analyzes, and definition of ecologically safe strategies.The proposed study formulates the author's vision of combining methods of foresight methodology in the field of environmentally safe land management, SMART-method and Quintuple Helix (5 helix) for sustainable development of methodology for strategic management of investment and innovation activities in the field of environmentally safe land management. Furthermore, the proposed methodological approach will promote the development of applied tooling to develop systems of strategic management of investment and innovation activities of environmentally safe land management.In contrast to the existing methodological approaches in land relations, the developed methodology of strategic management of investment and innovation activities in ecologically safe land management is based on a comprehensive combination and use of foresight tooling.

Celem artykułu jest wypracowanie metodologii strategicznego zarządzania działalnością inwestycyjną i innowacyjną w zakresie bezpiecznego ekologicznie użytkowania gruntów w oparciu o analizę doświadczeń światowych. Metodyczne podejście do badań opiera się na stopniowym przeprowadzaniu badań SMART, analizie ekonomiczno-ekologicznej, systematycznej ocenie działalności inwestycyjno-innowacyjnej, analizie PESTLE, analizie SWOT, definiowaniu strategii bezpiecznych ekologicznie. Badania opierają się na zintegrowanym podejściu do łączenia metodologii foresight w zakresie przyjaznego środowisku użytkowania gruntów. Proponowana koncepcja uwzględnia priorytety zrównoważonego rozwoju w kontekście współczesnych trendów Green Deal. Zaproponowane podejście metodologiczne będzie promować rozwój narzędzi systemów zarządzania strategicznego dla działalności inwestycyjnej i innowacyjnej w zakresie przyjaznego środowisku użytkowania gruntów.Opracowana metodyka strategicznego zarządzania działalnością inwestycyjną i innowacyjną w zakresie bezpiecznego ekologicznie użytkowania gruntów, w przeciwieństwie do dotychczasowych podejść metodycznych, opiera się na kompleksowym połączeniu i wykorzystaniu narzędzi foresight.

The article presents the initial discussion of the results of research performed with a Delphi method within the project Foresight ‘Modern technologies for the textile industry. A chance for Poland’. This project was done as a part of the POIG (Operational Programme Innovative Economy) for the years 2007-2013. It was aimed at identifying the directions of scientific researches and developmental works in the range of preparing a strategy for the Polish Technological Platform of the Textile Industry. The intention of the projects of the Foresight type is to direct scientific researches to fields which in the future can have a high influence on the fast economic-industrial development of a country, leading to the development of a knowledge-based economy, in accordance with the Lisbon Strategy.

Artykuł prezentuje wstępną dyskusję wyników badań przeprowadzonych metodą delficką w ramach projektu Foresight „Nowoczesne technologie dla włókiennictwa. Szansa dla Polski.” Projekt ten został wykonany w ramach Programu Operacyjnego Innowacyjna gospodarka na lata 2007-2013. Jego celem była identyfikacja kierunków badań naukowych i prac rozwojowych w zakresie przygotowania strategii dla Polskiej Platformy Technologicznej Przemysłu Tekstylnego. Intencją programów typu Foresight jest ukierunkowanie badań naukowych na dziedziny, które w przyszłości mogą mieć duży wpływ na szybki rozwój ekonomiczno - cywilizacyjny kraju, co w efekcie oznacza zgodnie ze Strategią Lizbońską budowę gospodarki opartej na wiedzy.

Foresight is a new tool for realising the development policy, meaningful especially in the regional aspect. The research studies conducted within the regional foresight indicate the necessity for developing a conscious thinking of the society about the future of the region. Education through foresight enables not only preparing for changes which will irrevocably take place but first of all creating a common vision of the future.

Pokazano wpływ czynników kluczowych na scenariusze rozwoju Polski do 2020 roku.

The Foresight was discussed - a modern tool for planning that includes all the most socially accepted sectors of economy and tasks on which the financial help of the state should focus. Scenarios named "Sustainable Development of Poland" , "Stabilization", "Leader" and "Integration" that were worked out during the Field Research Panel were presented. An influence of the key factors on Poland's evelopment scenario up until 2020 were shown.
