W artykule omówiono treść norm wentylacyjnych wspierających dyrektywę dotyczącą charakterystyki energetycznej budynków. Dokonano podziału tych norm na trzy grupy: normy obliczeniowe (PN-EN 15241:2011, PN-EN 15242:2009, PN-EN 15243:2011, PN-EN 15251:2007), normy opisujące i klasyfikujące systemy (PN-EN 13779:2008) oraz normy dotyczące inspekcji (PN-EN 15239:2010, PN-EN 15240:2009). Przedstawiono zawartość, cel i zakres stosowania każdej normy ze szczególnym podkreśleniem sposobu ich wykorzystania do określania charakterystyki energetycznej budynków. Określono zależność między poszczególnymi normami, w tym przekazywane na podstawie tych norm informacje.

Ventilation standards supporting the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive were described. Three groups of standards were distinguished: calculation standards (PN-EN 15241:2011, PN-EN 15242:2009, PN-EN 15243:2007, PN-EN 15251:2007), classification and description standards (PN-EN 13779:2008) and standards concerning inspections (PN-EN 15239:2010, PN-EN 15240:2009). Contents, object and scope of the standards were discussed with a special emphasis was placed on the way of their use for determining the energy performance of buildings. Relations between standards supporting the EPBD, including the transferred information, were presented.

In order to adjust Polish regulations to the Energy Performance of Building Directive, new requirements have been introduced to Polish legislation. The well known Polish Standard PN-B-03406:1994 has been replaced by new PN-EN 12831 which raises a lot of controversies especially regarding the final results of heat load calculations based on the described procedures. The paper indicates possible discrepancies in calculation results arising from imprecise guidelines and the consequences of relying on the results gained by the described method. Additionally, later aspects of the system operation and their negative influence on the estimated efficiency level and CO2 emission have been analyzed.

Dyrektywa energetyczna EPBD zwraca szczególnej uwagi na wytwarzanie ciepła i chłodu dla budynków użyteczności publicznej. Zaproponowano kilka wariatów pozyskiwania chłodu i przedstawiono analizę ich kosztów eksploatacyjnych. Wykazano, że tak z energetycznego, ekologicznego jak i finansowego punktu widzenia, najkorzystniejszym rozwiązaniem jest pozyskiwanie chłodu bezpośrednio ze środowiska. Stosowanie dodatkowych przemian energii zmniejsza opłacalność inwestycji.

The directive EPBD take a specially notice of the generate heat and cold for the public building. They were proposed some variant getting of cold and presented its exploitations costs. They were show that from energetic, ecological and financial point of view, the best is taking cold directly from a natural environment. Every additional energy conversion decreased profitability of investment.

W artykule przedstawiono zarys dyrektywy energetycznej dotyczącej jakości energetycznej budynków. Przedstawiono normy istniejące w tym zakresie w krajach Unii Europejskiej. Zwrócono uwagę na wpływ efektywności regulacji temperatury wewnętrznej na zużycie energii. Wskazano na konieczność oszacowania tej dodatkowej energii i podano wytyczne do jej szacowania.

In this paper the outline of Energy Performance Building Directive is presented, as well as new norms, which are existing in this case in European Union. The paper pointed the influence of efficiency of indoor temperature control on energy consumption. The necessary of estimating this additionally energy and the guidelines for its evaluate is pointed out.
