In the paper the Electro Hydro Dynamic Atomization (EHDA) and spray drying techniques (SDP) as a tool in particle production are presented. Solutions of polymer and paracetamol in organic solvents were sprayed and particles obtained were collected. The size and morphology of particles were analyzed.

In this paper results of electrostatic atomization of melted polymers and polymers dissolved in volatile solvents are presented. Products of such process were fibers, spherical particles and an intermediate stage of the liquid filament breakup called "beads on the string". The form depends on polymer type and concentration, applied voltage and flow. Influence of these process parameters were investigated and presented.
