W publikacji wprowadzono pojęcie informacji oraz danych ewidencyjnych (systemu ewidencji gruntów i budynków). Za informację uznano pojęcie dotyczące pojedynczego obiektu ewidencji, natomiast dane to w pewnym sensie zbiór informacji oraz związków między nimi. W niniejszej publikacji zajęto się wymianą i udostępnianiem danych ewidencyjnych, pominięto natomiast sprawy dotyczące informacji. W pracy przedstawiono podstawy prawne udostępniania danych ewidencyjnych, skąd wynika fakt, komu i na jakich zasadach możemy udostępniać dane ewidencyjne oraz zalecenia dotyczące oprogramowania do prowadzenia ewidencji gruntów i budynków, podane w Instrukcji technicznej G-5. Najważniejszą merytoryczną częścią pracy jest przedstawienie wykorzystywanych obecnie do transferu danych ewidencji gruntów i budynków standardów danych wraz z opisem ich teraźniejszych zastosowań oraz analizą możliwości dalszego ich rozwoju i wykorzystania.

In the paper the concept of information and cadastral data was introduced (concerning Ground and Building Cadastre). As the information, the concept referring to a single item of the cadastre was accepted, while the data might be understood as a set of information and relationships between them. In this paper the exchange and access to cadastral data were shown and the issues related to information were not discussed. Legal bases of giving access to cadastral data were also presented, this implied the answer to the questions who could have access to cadastral data and what the principles of such an access should be as well as the recommendations referring to software for handling the Ground and Building Cadastre, as given in a Technical Instruction G-5. The most important substantial part of the paper is the presentation of data standards used nowadays in the transfer of data on Ground and Building Cadastre, with the description of their present applications and the analysis of the possibilities of their further development and use.

W publikacji podjęto zagadnienie standardów transferu informacji systemu ewidencji gruntów i budynków. Przedstawiono podstawy prawne, wytyczne oraz cele przesyłania informacji systemu ewidencji gruntów i budynków oraz scharakteryzowano najpopularniejsze zdaniem autora standardy: DXF, SWDE oraz dwa standardy (oparte na języku XML) GML i LandXML. DXF, GML oraz LandXML są standardami międzynarodowymi, natomiast SWDE jest standardem polskim. Dla zilustrowania omawianego zagadnienia utworzono w programie Ewmapa dwa obiekty bazy geometrycznej ewidencji (działkę i budynek), które zapisano w standardach DXF oraz SWDE. W publikacji dokonano oceny poszczególnych standardów z punktu widzenia zapisu informacji ewidencyjnej oraz przyszłych możliwości ich zastosowania.

The standards of data transfer from the cadastral system are the subject of this paper. Legal basis, technical instructions and purposes of data transfer from the cadastral system are described in the first part of the paper. In the following, the most popular standards are presented. There are DXF, SWDE and two standards based on XML computer language (GML and LandXML). DXF, GML and LandXML are international standards, SWDE is the Polish standard. Two cadastral objects (parcel and building) are created in the computer program Ewmapa and transferred to both DXF and SWDE standards, for better illustration of analysed problem. Evaluation of these standards and possibilities of further application in cadastral data transfer have been also made in the paper.

The paper deals with creation of graphics database for automated design and modeling of developments of nonlinear revolved surfaces with AutoCAD system. The methodic of creation of database is described. This database is adapted to AutoCAD2000 release.
