DMF jako biopaliwo drugiej generacji

W artykule zaprezentowano ocenę DMF jako perspektywicznego biopaliwa drugiej generacji. Przedstawiono jego podstawowe właściwości chemiczne na tle komercyjnego biopaliwa, jakim jest bioetanol. Zaprezentowano również możliwości surowcowe do wytwarzania tego paliwa. Przeanalizowano możliwości zastosowania DMF we współczesnych silnikach spalinowych wraz z odwołaniem się do istniejących badań emisyjnych. Zwrócono także szczególną uwagę na wpływ na środowisko wynikający z zastosowania DMF jako biopaliwa lub biokomponentu silnikowego.

The paper presents the DMF assessment as a prospective secondo generation biofuel. It presents its basic chemical properties in comarison to bioethanol. Raw material capabilities for DMF production were also presented. There were analyzed the possibilities of using DMF as a fuel for internal combustion engines. Attention was also paid to the impast of DMF on the environment as a result of DMF application as a biofuel or biocomponent.

Ultrasonic velocities (u), densities (ρ) and viscosities (η) are measured in respect of ethylmethylketone (EMK) and N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF) over the entire composition at 298, 308and 318K. Attempt have been made to extract the information with respect to various kind of intermolecular interactions, such as H-bonding, dipole-dipole, solute –solvent, dispersion type interactions existing between these two components from the following acoustical parameter when examined as a function of solvent composition at different temperatures: adiabatic compressibility (β), specific acoustic impedance (Z), intermolecular free length (Lf), molar sound velocity (Rm), wada’s constant (W), viscous relaxation time (τ), free volume and internal pressure (πi).

Some new derivatives of 1,5-Benzodiazepines have been synthesized and their structural characterizations are done by IR, NMR and Mass Spectral data. The ultrasonic velocity, density and viscosity of these synthesized compounds have been measured in dimethyl formamide and tetrahydrofuran at 298.15 K. From these experimental data, some acoustical parameters such as isentropic compressibility, intermolecular free path length, Rao’s molar sound function, relaxation strength, solvation number etc., have been calculated which helps in understanding the molecular interactions occurring in these solutions.

This document presents results of studies comparing performance for the new architecture to that of conventional data grid architectures.
