W artykule przedstawiono założenia projektu nowelizacji rozporzadzenia dotyczącego oszczędności energii w Niemczech.

European Member States shall ensure that, when buildings are constructed, sold or rented out, an energy performance certificate is made available to the owner or by the owner to the prospective buyer or tenant, as the case might be. According to the German Energy Saving Regulations Energy Performance Certificates can be based on measured energy consumption or on calculated energy use. The lecture gives information about the procedures, the qualification of the persons who are certifying the buildings and the expected cost of the certificate.
