The presented experimental and digital examinations of a two-dimensional turbulent free jet are a first phase of in the study of the Coandă effect and its hysteresis. Additionally, basing on theoretical analyses, selected results for a turbulent jest have been also mentioned, considering theoretical assumptions for the wall layer. As the result, on the basis of experimental, digital, and analytical methods, a review of characteristic jet properties has been prepared, which includes a jet spreading ratio, its cross and longitudinal sections, and turbulence level. The jet spreading radio has been expressed as a non-linear function of the x : b relative length.

Currently, ship operators (ship masters and pilots) are trained on ship simulators, either Full Mission Bridge (FMB) simulators, or Manned Model (MM) simulators. Both types of simulator increase an operator’s skill in manoeuvring a ship, and both incorporate the impact of hydrodynamic forces on the handling characteristics of a simulated ship. However, all forces affecting manoeuvring are the result of flow patterns that build up around the hull. These flow patterns may have extremely complex effects on many practical manoeuvres. Recent advances in hydrodynamic theory allow the impact of hydrodynamic forces on manoeuvrability to be simulated quite accurately so long as the simulated ship is moving straight ahead or performing standard manoeuvres. These advances also allow the simulation of such external influences as bank effects, shallow water effects, and canal effects, as well as the effect of the passage of other ships in the immediate vicinity. With a measure of simplification, these effects can be incorporated in FMB simulators. They can also be simulated by MM simulators provided both the models and training areas are properly prepared. As they are now, training simulators do not contribute to a trainee’s understanding of the way in which flow patterns develop or of the forces they create. This article discusses this deficiency and proposes a solution for it. Several examples of specific manoeuvring scenarios are used to illustrate the solution.

W pracy przedstawiono zarys stanu gospodarki wodno-ściekowej na tle Ramowej Dyrektywy Wodnej Unii Europejskiej, oraz nakreślono perspektywy rozwoju technologii nowych rozwiązań dla posesji w zabudowie rozproszonej. Przedstawiono zasady fitoremediacji, oraz możliwości dalszych rozwiązań. Uzasadniając celowość podjętych badań przedstawiono wielotorową chemiczną analizę ilościową makroelementów, rozważając skuteczność rozdziału fazowego w osadniku szybowym wyposażonym w separator fazy stałej z efektem Coandy. Dokonano analizy dla wybranej rośliny (Poligonum persiearia L.) jej części wegetatywnych w mikrouprawie hydroponicznej na keramzycie. Przeprowadzono analizę chemiczną wody oczyszczanej w oczyszczalni przydomowej z osadnikiem szybowy z roślinami nitrofitowymi. Porównano wyniki analiz na poszczególnych etapach badań: skuteczność separacji w osadniku szybowym, absorpcja makroelementów i jakości wody na wylocie. Dane te pozwalają wnioskować, że omawiany sposób oczyszczania ścieków jest wysoce perspektywiczny dla zabudowy rozproszonej.

This article outlines the actual conditions of the water and sewage industry in Poland within the E.U Water Directive Framework. It also focuses on perspectives new technology solutions using property units in seattered housing. The mechanisms of phytoremediation are principle along is chance future creating. The evidence in the research conducted is presented as an analysis of macro elements focusing on the efficiency of phase separation in the well settling tank which is equipped with a solid phase separator using the Coanda effect. A whole analysis of the selected plant (Poligonum persiearia L.) and its vegetative parts on hypotonic micro-cultivation with keramzyte was performed. A chemical analysis was done on the sewage water a household sewage treatment plant a well settling tank a planted nitrophytes. A comparison analysis results at particulary stages of the research: the efficiency of separation in the well settling tank, absorption of macro-elements and the quality waste water in the outlet. The specifications conclude that review method sewage treatment plant. The best future oriented solution for scattered housing.
