Artykuł dotyczy analizy założeń System Karty Miejskiej, czyli elektronicznego systemu przepływu danych i środków finansowych oraz innych informacji umożliwiających pobieranie opłat. Celem prowadzonej analizy Systemu Karty Miejskiej jest optymalizacja kosztów funkcjonowania miejskiego transportu i usług oraz dokonanie szeregu czynności, aby uniknąć wielu problemów występujących przy wprowadzaniu takiego systemu. Z powodu istniejących zagrożeń nieprawnego korzystania z usług miejskich poprzez przełamywanie zabezpieczeń systemowych należy określić minimalne wymagania funkcjonalne wraz z wnikliwą analizą zakupu urządzeń systemu oraz oprogramowania systemowego i użytkowego. Taka analiza pozwoli na dużą oszczędność czasową i możliwość wprowadzenia większej ilości usług w zakresie płatności.

The article concerns the analysis of assumptions City Card system, which is an electronic system of data and financial and other information to allow charging. The aim of analysis City Card System is to optimize operating costs of urban transport and services, and make a number of steps to avoid many of the problems associated with the introduction of such a system. Because of the risks involved unlawful use of municipal services by breaking the security system should set minimum functional requirements, together with a thorough analysis of the system and the purchase of equipment system software and utility. Such an analysis will save a lot of time and opportunity to introduce more payment services.

Artykuł dotyczy propozycji bezpiecznego i bezkonfliktowego całościowego wdrożenia Systemu Karty Miejskiej celem uniknięcia wielu problemów występujących przy wprowadzaniu takiego systemu. Prawidłowe i efektywne ustalenie etapów wdrożenia dla Systemu Karty Miejskiej nie pozwala na wygenerowanie dodatkowych kosztów wdrożenia oraz eliminuje lub ewentualnie sprowadza do minimum nieprawidłowości przy wdrażaniu. Dzięki zachowaniu odpowiedniego cyklu etapów wdrażania występuje duża oszczędność czasowa oraz zmniejszone koszty realizacji projektu.

The article concerns proposals for safe and conflict-free full implementation of the City Card System in order to avoid many of the problems involved in implementing such a system. Correct and efficient determination of stages of implementation for the City Card System does not allow to generate additional implementation costs and eliminates or possibly reduced to a minimum of irregularities in the implementation. By preserving the appropriate series steps concerning the implementation there is a high saving of time and reduced cost of the project.

Artykuł dotyczy propozycji optymalnego kosztorysu Systemu Karty Miejskiej celem uniknięcia wielu problemów występujących przy wprowadzaniu takiego systemu. Przejrzyste opracowanie kosztorysu inwestorskiego dla Systemu Karty Miejskiej umożliwia prawidłową analizę szacowanych kosztów oraz pozwala na opracowanie poprawnego harmonogramu. Dobry kosztorys inwestorski pozwala Zamawiającemu zaplanować i zagwarantować właściwe środki do sfinansowania pełnej inwestycji.

The article concerns proposals for optimal cost estimate of the City Card System in order to avoid many of the problems involved in implementing such a system. Clear execution of investment cost estimate for the City Card System allows for proper analysis of the estimated costs and allows to create the correct timetable. A good estimate of investor allows plan and ensure to the Employer appropriate measures to finance the full investment.
