W artykule przedstawiono zagadnienia związane z przygotowaniem i rozpowszechnianiem taktycznego i strategicznego obrazu ruchu w systemach zharmonizowanych usług informacji rzecznej RIS. W pierwszej części artykułu ujęto istotę śledzenia i namierzania statków oraz miejsce tej usługi w koncepcji całościowej systemów RIS w Europie. W dalszej części przedstawiono propozycję demonstratora usług śledzenia i namierzania w polskim systemie RIS na dolnej Odrze. Opisano dwa alternatywne rozwiązania na różnym poziomie funkcjonalności.

The paper presents different issues concerning preparing and providing tactical and strategical traffic images in harmonized RIS systems. The first part of the paper covers the concept of tracking and tracing and the role of these services in the European RIS in general. The further parts present a proposal of demonstrator for providing tracking and trading in the Polish RIS system for the Odra River. Two alternative approaches with different functionalities and complexity are included. The service is a part of comprehensive RIS Centre demonstrator.

Harmonizacja usług w systemach RIS jest jednym z kluczowych celów ich wprowadzenia. Centrum RIS, jeżeli istnieje, jest miejscem, w którym następuje integracja usług. W wielu przypadkach jest nie tylko integratorem, ale także dostawcą większości usług. W artykule przedstawiono Demonstrator Centrum RIS. Jego zadaniem jest przedstawienie technologii realizacji podstawowych usług RIS, a także ich harmonizacji. Demonstrator został zaprojektowany jako system sprzętowo-programowy, składający się z kilku modułów realizujących poszczególne zadania. W artykule uwzględniono zarówno koncepcję Centrum RIS, a także założenia Demonstratora.

Harmonization of services in RIS is one of the main golas of RIS implementation. RIS Centre is the place where these services are being integrated. In many cases RIS Centre is not only integrator, but also operator of the services. The article presents RIS Centre Demonstartor. The main task of the Demonstrator is to present technologies of basic RIS services, and their hramonization. The Demonstartor was designed as IT system of a few independent modules. Both, the concept of RIS Centre and RIS Centre Demonstrator are presented in the article.
