Oprogramowanie Bosch CDR jest produktem, który wspiera szeroką gamę marek i modeli pojazdów, umożliwiając odczyt danych powypadkowych. Ze względu na szeroki zakres uzyskiwanych danych pochodzących z wielu źródeł, w wytwarzanych raportach z danymi powypadkowymi pojawiają się czasem usterki translacji lub prezentacji danych. Artykuł stanowi przegląd znanych defektów translacji, opisuje warunki ich występowania oraz proponuje metody przeciwdziałania ich skutkom.

Bosch CDR is a mature product that supports a wide range of makes and models of vehicles for crash data readout. Due to wide coverage of the interpreted data and several data sources integrated within a single software product, it is prone to occasional translation and presentation defects. The article is a review of the known translation defects along with conditions for their manifestation and proposition of methods of counteracting these defects.

The inherent knowledge discovery problem regarding networks that represent complex real world phenomenon is a popular research topic. Specifically, in social network analysis (SNA), several community discovery techniques with various approaches have been put forward to distinguish closely related entities. Identifying the relevant techniques to utilize based on the context of the application is a key difficulty researchers face. In this study we propose a methodology for classifying these techniques, visualize a prototype, and analyze the performance and quality of selected approaches over a real world call detail record (CDR) data set.

Jednym ze źródeł śladów cyfrowych jest wypadkowy rejestrator danych EDR. W Stanach Zjednoczonych istnieje uregulowany prawnie obowiązek montowania EDR w samochodach. W Europie nie ma natomiast żadnej regulacji prawnej, która nakładałaby taki obwiązek na producentów pojazdów. Ma to istotny wpływ na ilość, rodzaj i dostęp do rejestrowanych danych, ponieważ to od producentów zależy, czy dane są rejestrowane, a jeśli są, to czy można je odczytać. W artykule omówiono dane, jakie mogą być rejestrowane przez EDR oraz przedstawiono przykładowe odczyty danych z pojazdów różnych firm amerykańskich i europejskich.

One of the sources of electronic data is event data recorder EDR. Currently, the only country where EDR installation is compulsory is the United States of America, while in Europe there are no legal regulations that would impose such obligation on vehicle manufacturers. This has a significant impact on the quantity and type of recorded data because it is the manufacturers that decided whether data are recorded, and if they are, can they be retrieved. The article demonstrates which data are EDR recordable and provides examples of readouts of data from vehicles produced by American and European manufacturers.

The aim of the article is to outline the relationship of the concept of CSR with the issue of digital transformation. Significant advancements in technology and wide access to the Internet has resulted in what is named the Digital age. In the Digital age, CSR and digital transformation are becoming one of the main factors of the company's competitiveness. Digital transformation is currently the most important element of the Fourth Industrial Revolution that changes the way of doing business. It requires the necessity of deep changes in the sphere of awareness of people working in the businesses. Digital transformation seems to be an effective solution to the main problems that appear in the competitive business environment. Corporate Digital Responsibility (CDR) is standing out as the new direction changing the relationship between labour and technology as well as shaping the ethical use of new technologies.
