The aim is to show contemporary problems in the renovation of the Neo-Renaissance palace in Bystrzyca Dolna. The method of logical argumentation was adopted, for the research. The essence of separating architectural space is to create a structure intended to meet the assumed functional and aesthetic requirements. Constructing the structure of space is carried out, using various methods and activities. It is an example of the influence of the context of design activities on them and the shaping of space in many directions. The structural and architectural problems of the renovation were shown: the roof structure, the mansard body of the main building with the replacement of structural elements and roofing, chimneys, sheet metal work and elements of the main entrance of the facade.

Celem jest ukazanie współczesnych problemów w zakresie renowacji neorenesansowego pałacu w Bystrzycy Dolnej. Do badań przyjęto metodę logicznej argumentacji. Istotą w wydzielaniu przestrzeni architektonicznej jest wykreowanie struktury przeznaczonej do spełniania założonych wymogów użytkowych oraz estetycznych. Konstruowanie struktury przestrzeni odbywa się z wykorzystaniem różnorakich metod i działań. Stanowi przykład wpływu na nie kontekstu działań projektowych oraz na kształtowanie przestrzeni wielokierunkowo. Ukazano problemy konstrukcyjno-architektoniczne remontu: konstrukcji dachu, mansardowego korpusu głównego budynku z wymianą elementów konstrukcyjnych oraz pokrycia, kominów, obróbek blacharskich oraz elementów wejścia głównego elewacji.
