Today’s functioning enterprises are increasingly struggling with more difficult and complicated development conditions. Currently, there are visible changes in the external environment, such as a significant increase in competition, shortening of product life cycles, rapidly changing requirements of buyers and the growing importance of non-price instruments. The purpose of this project is to model the proces of planning the concept of innovation strategy - designing value and risk propositions.

Today’s functioning enterprises are increasingly struggling with more difficult and complicated development conditions. Innowacyjna strategia błękitnego oceanu zaproponowana przez jej twórców nie jest akademickim rozważaniem i okazją do dalszych dysput i popisów rzeszy specjalistów. Intuicyjnie odczuwa się, że sugerowane przez autorów postępowanie przy wyszukiwaniu dla siebie wolnej przestrzeni rynku jest właściwe, szczególnie jeśli sami postawimy się i w roli oferenta i w roli nabywcy. Takie dwustronne, całkiem różne spojrzenia, przekonują nas, że w owej strategii nie ma słabych punktów.

The innovative Blue Ocean Strategy presented by its authors is not only the academic dissertation and the opportunity for further debates but a chance for masses of experts to show off. We can feel intuitively, that the suggested by the authors way of seeking for the free market space is right, particularly if we stand in bidder's and buyer's shoes. This double-sided, totally different look convinces us, that there are no weaknesses in this strategy.
