Nielokalność jest pojęciem najszerszym, wychodzącym także poza obszar kwantowy, odnoszonym do fundamentalnej właściwości Natury. Nielokalność kwantowa jest właściwością obiektów kwantowych we Wszechświecie. Jej obserwacja nie zależy od stosowanego modelu fizycznego obserwowanego eksperymentu. Splątanie kwantowe, gdzie obserwujemy korelacje nielokalne, jest właściwością modelu. Splątanie posiada fundamentalne znaczenie w obecnym rozwoju informacyjnych technologii kwantowych (ITK) i wszystkich ich obszarach, metrologii, komputingu i telekomunikacji. Na tle ogólnego pojęcia nielokalności, omówiono podstawowe właściwości i ograniczenia stanów splątania kubitów. Artykuł jest kolejną częścią edukacyjnej serii na temat dynamicznego rozwoju informacyjnych technologii kwantowych i ich zastosowań. Splątanie staje się obszarem realizacji funkcjonalnych rozwiązań technicznych systemów kwantowych.

Nonlocality is the widest notion embracing also the non-quantum world. Quantum non-locality is a property of the quantum objects in the Universe. Its observation does not depend on the applied physical model of the observed experiment. Quantum entanglement, where we observe non-local correlations, is a property of the model. Entanglement is fundamental to the current development of quantum information technology and all its areas, metrology, computing and telecommunications. The basic properties and confinements of the qubit entanglement states are discussed on the background of a general presentation of the Nonlocality. The article is the next part of an educational series on the dynamic development of IQT and their applications. Entanglement changes to an area of realization of functional technical solutions of quantum systems.
