W pracy omówiono krótko normę PN-EN ISO 16739:2016-12 standaryzującą format IFC. Format IFC służy do wymiany danych w budownictwie. Struktura pliku IFC oparta jest na modelu diagramu związków encji, czyli można porównać ją do struktury obiektowej bazy danych, w której poszczególne encje powiązane są ze sobą różnymi relacjami. Te powiązania są szczególnie istotne, ponieważ pozwalają na bardzo szeroki i elastyczny opis elementów wybranego obiektu budowlanego. Norma zawiera opis ponad 1700 encji, typów i właściwości.

The paper discusses briefly the PN-EN ISO 16739:2016-12 norm. It standardizes the IFC format that is used to exchange building data. The structure of the IFC file is based on a diagram model of entity relationships, that is, it can be compared to an object-oriented structure of a database where individual entities are associated with different relationships. These links are particularly important because they allow for a very broad and flexible description of the elements of a selected building. The norm describes more than 1700 entities, types and properties.

Przedsiębiorstwa chcąc osiągnąć przewagę konkurencyjną poszukują nowych sposobów wyróżnienia się na rynku. Starają się doskonalić swoje procesy i zapewnić im ciągłość. Oznacza to, że przedsiębiorstwa powinny zarządzać ciągłością działania. Jednak samo utrzymanie ciągłości działania nie wystarczy, aby móc sprawnie funkcjonować na dynamicznie zmieniającym się rynku. Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie powiązań pomiędzy ciągłym doskonaleniem oraz zarządzaniem ciągłością działania, a także wpływu ciągłego doskonalenia na BCM (Business Continuity Management).

Enterprises, which try to achieve a competitive advantage are looking for new ways to stand out in the market. They are trying to improve their processes and ensure their continuity. That means they should implement business continuity management. However, only manage business continuity is not enough to be able to function effectively in the rapidly changing market. This article presents the relationship between continuous improvement and business continuity management, as well as the impact of continuous improvement at BCM (Business Continuity Management).

Modelling and simulation food product production are presented in the paper. There is some information about how to analyse continuous production systems in food industry. As the example we have got here in the paper choosen food product production simulation. There was illustrated optimum production process run. In modelling and simulation there was included food industry specifity. There was take into consideration how components expiration date and production times influence on ready made products expiration date. The problem was solved in support of ARENA module. There is some information about solving problems of machine servicing with taking into account technological changes.
