The Concept of Tracking Confidential Consignments

The article outlines the concept of an extension for innovative e-system for managing the lifecycle of documents at different levels of sensitivity, including the function of continuous tracking of consignments from one protected zone to another. The operations of the module are based on the use of RFID tags for the documents. At particular stages of transport, the tags are read to allow automatic identification of the contents of the shipment. The transported documents are secured in special burglar-proof containers. Additionally, the containers are equipped with GPS and GLONASS location modules. The author also described an IT system which allows to monitor, store and analyze the transport route.

The paper presents procedures performed in the administrative office processing open and secret documents. It is assumed that office is equipped with devices and software for automatic identification documents based on RFID tags. Office procedures have been presented in the form of business processes in BPMN.

Modelowanie i symulacja procesów biznesowych to obszar, który w ciągu ostatnich lat zaczął mieć ogromne znaczenie i cieszy się coraz większym zainteresowaniem. Celem niniejszego artykułu jest przybliżenie czytelnikom wiedzy na temat modelowania procesów biznesowych w narzędziach Aurea BPM i ARIS w zakresie procesu „dochodzenie epidemiologiczne”. Niniejszy artykuł ma ponadto na celu przedstawienie, w jaki sposób modelowanie i symulacja procesów biznesowych wspierają przedsiębiorstwo w tworzeniu zintegrowanego systemu przetwarzania informacji. W artykule zaprezentowano skutki oraz zmiany, które mogą wystąpić w organizacji po wdrożeniu procesów biznesowych.

Modelling and simulation of business processes is an area that in the recent years began to have greater importance and has been becoming more and more popular. The purpose of this article is to familiarise readers with knowledge on modelling of business processes in the Aurea BPM and ARIS tools in the process of an epidemiological inquiry. This article also aims to show how modelling and simulation of business processes support the company in developing integrated information processing system. The article presents the effects of the implementation of business processes, including changes that may occur in the organisation.

Praca zawiera opis modułu After Action Review oraz jego roli w ćwiczeniach symulacyjnych służb sanitarnych. Sformułowano koncepcję podsystemu After Action Review w zakresie otoczenia podsystemu oraz wymagań funkcjonalnych i niefunkcjonalnych. Przedstawiono wyniki projektu kluczowych elementów podsystemu. Opisane rozwiązanie umożliwia przeprowadzenie oceny ćwiczeń symulacyjnych organów sanitarnych w działaniach związanych z wystąpieniem ognisk zatruć lub chorób przenoszonych drogą pokarmową.

The paper presents the concept of the After Action Review module and its role in simulation exercises for a sanitary inspection. The concept of AAR module is formulated in terms of the environment and functional and non-functional requirements. Furthermore, the design of key subsystem elements is presented. The described solution allows conducting an efficient post-simulation exercise analysis.
