The article reveals the theoretical foundations, types of pollutants, classification of monitoring and visualization systems of air pollution. A description of the design of the structure of the system is described, its components are described in detail, and the justification of the selected technologies is given. In general, the system consists of two parts: a device for collecting air pollution data and a site that displays these data in user-friendly form. Graphic images that display the appearance of a software product are also added.

The authors present the results of a comparative analysis of selected techniques and programming tools for building interactive data presentation in the form of diagrams and maps generated in the browser. The results of an inventory of land use structure, which are a part of a geographic information system database of the commune of Tomice in district of Wadowice, were employed as input data. The research has shown that the tested tools have a similar design capacity; which makes it difficult to determine which of them is the best. Different factors contribute to choosing a particular tool. They include technical specification, project budget, license conditions, technical support and visualization possibilities.

Content available REST API safety assurance by means of HMAC mechanism

The HMAC mechanism that enables authentication REST services and assures their integrity, non-repudiation and confidentiality, has been presented in this article. A demonstration Restful API has been implemented using Slim Framework, in which several endpoints for login, test route available only for registered users and authenticated by means of HMAC mechanism, have been assigned. The solution proposed here suggests an alternative that is easy to implement compared to other well-known methods of authentication and authorization.

Zaprezentowano użycie klasyfikacji fasetowej do modelowania opisu i wyszukiwania inteligentnych obiektów domowych. Przedstawiono metodykę odwzorowania klasyfikacji fasetowej w API warstwy pośredniej API umożliwia wyszukiwanie obiektów z wykorzystaniem wielu poziomów abstrakcji oraz wielu aspektów. Ponadto możliwe jest wyszukiwanie „elastyczne", z podaniem zarówno wariantu najbardziej preferowanego, jak i najmniej preferowanego, ale dopuszczalnego Opisane techniki dają się zaimplementować na węzłach o minimalnych zasobach.

The paper presents how a faceted classification can be used to model, annotate and search for smart home objects A method of mapping a faceted classification into a middleware API is presented The API makes it possible to search for objects at different levels of abstractions and from different viewpoints Also, „soft” searches, with both the most desirable option and the least desirable, but still acceptable one, are possible. All techniques presented in the paper can be implemented on extremely resource-constrained nodes.
