W niniejszej pracy podjęliśmy próbę identyfikacji i po części wyjaśnienia relacji (zgodności, odmienności, rozbieżności) zachodzących między działką ewidencyjną i działką rolną. Rozbieżności pomiędzy ewidencją gruntów i budynków a „ewidencją” prowadzoną przez Agencję Restrukturyzacji i Modernizacji Rolnictwa wynikają z usterek danych wejściowych (nieaktualność i błędy ewidencji państwowej lub błędy w identyfikacji i pomiarach obszarów upraw). Aktualność danych ewidencyjnych jest różna na terenie całego naszego kraju. Nie jest jednak obecnie znany dokładnie procent zaktualizowanej bazy danych tej ewidencji. Różne szacunki tego procentu są rozbieżne.

This paper presents an attempt to identify and partially explain relations between a cadastral parcel and an agricultural parcel (compliance, differences, discrepancies). Discrepancies between the lands and buildings register and the "land register" maintained by the Agency for Restructuring and Modernisation of the Agriculture, result from imperfections of input data (out-of-dateness and errors in the state land register or errors of identification and surveys of arable lands). Up-to-dateness of data differs in different regions of Poland. However, the percentage of updated land register databases is not known. Its estimated values are mutually different.

The resulting with relation of the trusteeship which unites fromTreasure of State these agencies dualism causes dysfunctions system inside, and also plurality and they can lead to corruption the vagueness of legal recipes as well as to create situation encouraging to her formation.
