Podczas tworzenia aplikacji internetowych działających w oparciu o bazę danych niezwykle ważne jest wybranie odpowiedniego narzędzia pozwalającego na obsługę bazy. Wybór ten ma wpływ zarówno na działanie wdrożonego już programu jak i na przebieg procesu jego wytwarzania. Jednak liczba dostępnych rozwiązań jest duża i często niełatwo jest zdecydować, z którego narzędzia najlepiej skorzystać w danym projekcie. Niniejszy artykuł przedstawia porównanie wydajności pracy z trzema popularnymi rozwiązaniami dla platformy ASP.NET MVC: ADO.NET, Entity Framework i NHibernate..

During web application development, working with a database and choosing appropriate tool for database managing is extremely important. This choice influences both final application and its development process. However there is a large number of possibilities of choosing the best tool to use in a project. It often provides some difficulties. The main goal of this paper is to present the advantages and disadvantages of three popular solutions for ASP.NET MVC platform (ADO.NET, Entity Framework, NHibernate) to help make the proper decision.

Artkuł opisuje ryzyka prawne wynikające z wykorzystywania platformy e-learningowej w procesie dydaktycznym oraz metody ich zmniejszenia i eliminacji. W artykule szczególny nacisk położono na aspekty prawne związane z „Ustawą o ochronie danych osobowych”.

The article discusses legal aspects of managing e-learning platforms in schools and universities. The authors focus on legal regulations of personal data protection in e-learning platforms in Poland. In most cases e-learning platforms are managed by network administrators who are not aware of legal regulations which they should follow. To the best of our knowledge one can find a variety of publications concerning technical and administrative aspects of e-learning platforms but no analysis has been performed concerning legal aspects of deploying and managing e-learning platforms. In this article we indicate the most important issues which e-learning platform administrators should be aware of.

In this paper the evolution of technologis of access to databases is presented. For definite systems of databases’ management (databases servers) and technologis of access, there was made an experiment, enabling to estimate the average of time of answering (realizing), definite types of questions- what means efficiency of each technologis.

W środowisku AutoCAD'a możliwe jest zdefiniowanie połączeń pomiędzy elementami rysunku a bazami danych. Prawidłowe zdefiniowanie relacji przynosi nieocenione korzyści, poszerzając zakres zastosowań środowiska danych. Programowa automatyzacja linkowania nie tylko pozwala na szybkie i bezbłędne generowanie połączeń, ale umożliwia użytkownikowi wybranie sposobu ich tworzenia. Artykuł w zwięzły sposób przedstawia mechanizm dbConnect, jego automatyzację za pomocą Connectivity Automation Object oraz zasady stworzenia zewnętrznego interfejsu bazującego na MS ADO.

In AutoCAD it is possible to define links between the drawing elements and databases. A correctly defined relations provide invaluable profits, making the environment application range much wider. A programmed automation not only is quick and faultless, but allows the user to choose the manner of linking. The article briefly describes the dbConnect mechanism, its automation with use of Connectivity Automation Object and the main principles of creating an external interface based on MS ADO.

Proces weryfikacji wiedzy klasycznymi metodami, przy wzrastającej liczbie studentów oraz generalnie niskiej umiejętności przelewania swoich myśli na papier, jest wyjątkowo czasochłonny i w coraz większym stopniu subiektywny. W tej sytuacji uzasadniona jest budowa systemów informatycznych, pozwalających na sprawdzenie wiedzy studentów. Wśród technologii ułatwiających tworzenie tego typu aplikacji, które powinny mieć charakter internetowy, jest technologia OLEDB wraz z interfejsem ADO i ADO.NET. Upraszczają one w znaczący sposób pobór informacji z różnych źródeł danych, które stanowią podstawę budowy pytań. Na bazie tych technologii wytworzono systemy informatyczne, wspomagające proces weryfikacji wiedzy zdobytej przez studentów.

Traditional knowledge verification is exceptionally time consuming and subjective as the number of students increases and, generally, their writing skills are relatively low. This situation justifies construction of the information systems allowing verification of students’ knowledge. Among the internet technologies facilitating development of such applications there are the OLEDB and its interfaces – ADO and ADO.NET. They significantly simplify acquiring information from various data sources as the basis for constructing questions. With the use of such technologies the information systems were developed to support verification of knowledge gained by students.
