W pracy przedstawiono model symulacyjny laboratoryjnego żurawia samochodowego, który został utworzony poprzez implementację w środowisku Matlab/Simulink modelu geometrycznego zbudowanego w programie SolidWorks. Uzyskany model SimMechanics został rozbudowany poprzez dołączenie do niego równań opisujących ruch przenoszonego ładunku. Praca została uzupełniona wynikami z przeprowadzonych przykładowych badań symulacyjnych dla zadanych wymuszeń kinematycznych.

The simulation model of laboratory truck crane, which has been created by implementation of geometrical model built in SolidWorks program to Matlab/Simulink environment, has been presented. Next, obtained SimMechanics model has been modified by addition the equations describing basic motion of the lifted load. Work has been complemented by results from sample simulation carried out for determined kinematic forcings.

In the paper thefree vibration problem of the system consisting of the three member type telescopic boom of the laboratory crane, the hydraulic cylinder of crane radius change and the elastic support system has been presented. The model has been formulated in order to represent the vibrations in the rotory piane of the laboratory crane. The transverse vibrations on the boom and transverse vibrations of the hydraulic cylinder have been considered in the coupled model of the system with consideration of elasticity of support system. In the computational model the analysed system has been replaced by the discrete-continuous i model. The free vibration problem of the analyzed system has been formulated and solved on the basis of Lagrange multipipiler formalism. The experimental modal analysis has been done and the genetic algorithm has been worked out with the aim ofidentifying spring constants of the support system elements. The analysis of the influence of the hydraulic cylinder and the length of the telescopic boom on the free vibration frequences has been carried out on the basis identified vibration model of the considered system. The examples of the experimental and numerical results have been presented.
