The paper presents a computerized interactive graphical system for multimodal medical volumes segmentation. We present a new generation of the system obtaining by applying fuzzy methods in clustering. We give an outline of fuzzy c--means algorithm and we report the results obtained by using itto multimodal medical volumes segmentation.
