The review of reagents, applied for fighting salt, asphaltene, resin and paraffin deposits in oil-field equipment has been performed. The mechanism and reasons of depositing of salts in fluid mixture and on the walls of equipment have been scrutinized. The mechanism of action of some inhibitors of salt, asphaltene, resin and paraffin deposits has been described. The results of the researches on determination of efficiency of the reagent Tween 80 for the prevention of salt and paraffin deposits have been resulted. On their foundation the conclusions about the efficiency of the reagent have been done.

W artykule przedstawiono przegląd środków stosowanych do usuwania złogów soli, asfaltenów, żywic i parafin z elementów wyposażenia odwiertów. Opisano mechanizmy ich działania. Przedstawiono również wyniki badań nad zastosowaniem środka Tweed 80 do zapobiegania powstawaniu złogów soli i parafin.

One of the principal and undesirable kinds of complications in oil production on many fields is a formation of asphalt-resin-paraffin deposits (ARPD) on the surface of inner downhole equipment. This in turn results in substantial expenses for paraffin removal and production maintenance of wells, and also to the decline of oil production and considerable shortage and losses of oil. This paper covers the results of lab research about the concentration of the paraffins, asphaltenes and resins in the oils of the field of Ukraine.

Jednym z głównych i najmniej pożądanych rodzajów komplikacji wiertniczych spotykanych na wielu złożach naftowych jest tworzenie się osadów asfaltenowo-żywicowo-parafinowych na powierzchni sprzętu zapuszczanego na dno otworu. To z kolei znacznie zwiększa koszty na usunięcie parafiny, utrzymanie produkcji i zabezpieczenie otworów przed spadkiem produkcji i stratami ropy. W artykule rozważono wyniki badań laboratoryjnych nad stężeniem parafiny, asfaltenów oraz żywic w ropie naftowej pochodzącej ze złóż na Ukrainie.
