“The analysis of the energy demand for heating and cooling of the house built on the basis of the modernised Canadian wood-frame construction”. This study shows calculation of demand for power needed for heating and cooling of a house built in compliance with modernised Canadian wood-frame construction technology and by modern solutions of construction details connections. Conducted calculations prove that the passive house built of wood-based materials enables to achieve the highest efficiency of thermal power demand for heating the building.
