The Laboratory of Electrical, Electronic and Optoelectronic Metrology is accredited by the Polish Center of Accreditation for nearly two decades. Over time, the requirements of proficiency verification are growing continuously. In order to satisfy higher and higher of reliability demands the most promising staff proficiency verification estimators were examined for voltage, frequency, resistance and capacity measurements. The article presents measurement systems used for verification, analysis of results or simulations, and shows conclusion for selecting the best solution.

The article presents the basic issues related to the traceability of measurement results. It describes the role of the Laboratory of Electrical, Electronic and Optoelectronic Metrology at the National Institute of Telecommunications in ensuring the traceability of measurement results and the responsibilities of the national metrology agency.

W komunikacie przedstawiono propozycję zarządzania przyrządami pomiarowymi, zgodną z wymaganiami systemu jakości wprowadzonego w Instytucie Łączności. Opisano sposób nadzoru, ewidencji i propozycję podziału przyrządów pomiarowych. Omówiono też konkretną realizację komputerowej bazy danych, utworzoną w środowisku Microsoft Access.

In this communication a proposition how to menage all the set of measurement apparatus according to system of quality recently introduced Institute of Telecommunications is presented. The mode of surveillance and registration is described as well as a proposition of measurement apparatus qualification. A real realisation of computer data base created for Microsoft Access environment is presented, too.
