W artykule przedstawiono opracowanie mające na celu zbadanie nowego zjawiska powstałego w obszarze architektury miejsc pracy o charakterze biurowym. W wyniki unowocześniania narzędzi pracy m.in. przez ich cyfryzację oraz komputeryzację zaobserwowano dynamiczne przekształcanie się przestrzeni biurowych dzięki wykorzystaniu nowych funkcji, które mają na celu wspieranie procesów pracy kreatywnej. To zjawisko szczególnie zauważalne jest w realizacjach zagranicznych obiektów biurowych będących siedzibami firm dominujących na rynku europejskim i międzynarodowym w danej dziedzinie zawodowej. Celem badań jest analiza nowoczesnych kierunków projektowych polskich i zagranicznych obiektów biurowych. Do procesu badawczego wykorzystano badania ankietowe, inwentaryzacyjne, wywiady środowiskowe, metody badań ilościowych i porównawczych oraz badania literaturowe. Wyniki badań pokazują polskie szanse oraz możliwości projektowania innowacyjnego i kreatywnego miejsca pracy biurowej.

The article presents a study to investigate a new phenomenon arising in the area of architecture of office workplaces. The results of the modernization of work tools through, among other things, their digitalization and computerization have seen a dynamic transformation of office spaces through the use of new features that are designed to support creative work processes. This phenomenon is particularly noticeable in the construction of foreign office buildings, which are the headquarters of companies dominating the European and international market in a given professional field. The aim of the research is to analyse modern design directions of Polish and foreign office buildings. The research process was based on surveys, inventories, environmental interviews, quantitative and comparative research methods and literature studies. The results of the research show Polish chances and possibilities of designing an innovative and creative office workspace.

The paper aim is to examine urban and spatial possibilities of the Poznań Fort III area in the context of the implementation of the city's spacial policy. Urbanisation based on executing new facilities and investments results in the creation of diverse urban landscape. This contrast concerns not only the visual perception, but also also uneven use of different parts of the city. The aim of the study is to present a strategy for the revitalisation of the Fort Graf Kirchbach in the accordance with the principles of responsible urbanisation.

Celem artykułu jest zbadanie możliwości urbanistycznych i przestrzennych obszaru poznańskiego Fortu III w kontekście realizowania polityki przestrzennej miasta. Urbanizacja opierająca się na realizowaniu nowych obiektów i inwestycji powoduje powstawanie zróżnicowanego krajobrazu miejskiego. Omawiany kontrast dotyczy nie tylko odbioru wizualnego, ale również nierównomiernego użytkowania poszczególnych części miasta. Badania mają na celu przedstawienie strategii rewitalizacji terenu Fortu Graf Kirchbach zgodnie z zasadami odpowiedzialnej urbanizacji.

The paper aims is to present the situation of the Polish creative sector offices environment against the background of European examples. The research material was developed on the basis of literature, survey and statistical research. Significant differences between Polish and foreign office buildings have been identified in the scope of workspace arrangements. The results of the research classify systematise of new functional zones for employees, who are expected to shape the future vision of our world.

Stosowanie elementów zieleni w przestrzeniach biurowych jest powszechnie znane. Często wynika z inicjatywy pracowników, którzy hodują ulubione rośliny doniczkowe przy swoich stanowiskach pracy. Takie działanie nie inicjuje jednak interakcji między członkami zespołów ani nie integruje z działalnością danej firmy. Wprowadzanie zorganizowanych przestrzeni zielonych zespolonych z powierzchnią biurową generuje możliwość scalenia zróżnicowanej grupy ludzi i poprawienia komfortu pracy. Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie sposobów oraz technologii umożliwiających lokalizację elementów i zespołów zieleni na różną skalę w przestrzeni pracowniczej. Do przeprowadzenia pracy badawczej i opracowania wyników badań wykorzystano metodologię badawczą opartą na analizie i krytyce piśmiennictwa oraz badaniach: pomiarowych, inwentaryzacyjnych, ilościowych, statystycznych, metody walktrough oraz ankiety Computer-Assisted Web Interview. Wyniki badań przedstawiają szereg możliwość integracji zieleni z przestrzenią pracy oraz pracownikami.

The use of greenery elements in office spaces is widely known. It often results from the initiative of employees who grow their favourite potted plants at their workstations. However, such action does not initiate interaction between team members or integrate with the company’s activities. The introduction of organised green spaces integrated into the office space brings together a diverse group of people and improves working comfort. The aim of the article is to present ways and technologies enabling the location of greenery elements and complexes on different scales in the working space. The research methodology used is based on the analysis and criticism of literature, measurement, inventory, quantitative and statistical research, walktrough research and Computer-Assisted Web Interview. The results of the research show a number of possibilities of integrating greenery with work space and employees.

Caring for the landscape around us is undeniably a challenge. The development of an urban structure determines inevitable changes in its space. The passing of time and functional changes of settlement areas challenge the current value of areas of high spatial value. The situation of large-area architectural objects that have lost their functional value in the contemporary settlement structure is special. One such facility is Fort III Graf Kirchbach located in Poznań. The subject of the research is to present the spatial and functional issues of the selected fort in the context of the city’s spatial policy, social context and the strategy for the preservation of the historic military architecture object. The aim of the research is to outline the planning situation and the resulting disputes and opinions of different organisational environments. The outlined theme deals with landscape issues related to the needs of survival of the historic substance of the object located directly in the area of the zoo function, which has a functional and spatial development program. The said programme covering fortress spaces and the strategy of actions related to the future of Fort III are controversial in terms of the target effect that should be achieved on this monument. The research methodology covering the described issues was based on environmental interviews with organizations that take active care of the fort, inventory studies of the facility, walkthrough studies, historical and interpretative research and literature studies. The results of the research present the historical and educational value of the fortress object, whose potential has been evaluated in terms of its use for the benefit of communities and future generations. The effects of the analyses also present the opportunities and threats generated by planning and architectural strategies, which may affect the city’s structure and the lives of its inhabitants in various ways.

Dbałość o otaczający nas krajobraz niezaprzeczalnie jest wyzwaniem. Rozwój struktury urbanistycznej determinuje nieuniknione zmiany w jej przestrzeni. Upływający czas i zmiany funkcjonalne obszarów osadniczych kwestionują dotychczasową wartość obszarów o wysokich walorach przestrzennych. Szczególną sytuacją charakteryzują się wielkopowierzchniowe obiekty architektoniczne, które utraciły swoją wartość funkcjonalną we współczesnej strukturze osadniczej. Jednym z takich obiektów jest Fort III Graf Kirchbach zlokalizowany w Poznaniu. Przedmiotem badań jest przedstawienie problematyki przestrzennej i funkcjonalnej wybranego fortu w kontekście polityki przestrzennej miasta, kontekście społecznym oraz strategii zachowania zabytkowego obiektu architektury militarnej. Celem badań jest nakreślenie sytuacji planistycznej i wynikających z niej sporów oraz opinii różnych środowisk organizacyjnych. Nakreślona tematyka porusza zagadnienia krajobrazowe związane z potrzebami przetrwania substancji zabytkowej obiektu zlokalizowanego bezpośrednio na terenie obszaru o funkcji ogrodu zoologicznego, który posiada program rozwoju funkcjonalnego i przestrzennego. Wspomniany program obejmujący przestrzenie forteczne oraz strategia działań związanych z przyszłością Fortu III budzą kontrowersje, jeśli chodzi o końcowy efekt, jaki powinien zostać osiągnięty w przypadku tego zabytku. Metodyka badań obejmująca opisywaną problematykę oparta została na wywiadach środowiskowych z organizacjami sprawującymi czynną opiekę nad fortem, badaniach inwentaryzacyjnych obiektu, badaniach walkthrough, badaniach historyczno-interpretacyjnych oraz badaniach literaturowych. Wyniki prezentują wartość historyczną i edukacyjną obiektu fortecznego, którego potencjał został poddany ocenie pod względem wykorzystania na rzecz społeczności i przyszłych pokoleń. Efekty analiz przedstawiają również szanse i zagrożenia generowane strategiami działań planistycznych oraz architektonicznych, które mogą oddziaływać z różnymi skutkami na strukturę miasta i życie jego mieszkańców.
