Accumulation of waste which is formed during manufacture, processing and consumption creates significant problems in economic, ecological, industrial areas in the life of a mankind. The significant place that occupies waste of rubber products, up to 80% have automobile tires. Therefore development of scientific researches with the purpose of creation of perspective technologies on recycling and processing of the worn tires in new materials is an actual task. Now the basic directions of processing of the worn tires are production of reclaim and crumbs which can be used as filler at creation of polymeric composite materials which can be applied to manufacturing products of technical purpose, coverings for game athletic fields, parking of transport.

Wytworzono materiał termoplastyczny z rozdrobnionych odpadów opon samochodowych, polietylenu małej gęstości oraz modyfikatorów otrzymanych z ciekłego kauczuku z grupami funkcyjnymi. Przedstawiono charakterystykę nowych materiałów, interpretując na podstawie widm IR oddziaływania między składnikami. Właściwości fizykomechaniczne zależą od sposobu wytwarzania kompozytów, rodzaju osnowy polimerowej i składu modyfikatora oraz od zawartości napełniacza.

Researched the properties of polymer compositions based on SPE and dispersible rubber crumb. It's shown that the mechanic and thermo-mechanic properties are depended on the degree of filling of compositions. The modification of a rubber crumb of macrodiisocianates used synthesized macrodiisocianates and latent macrodiisocianates because of liquid rubbers with functional groups allows to improve properties of compositions.

Badanie właściwości kompozytów SPE z rozproszonym proszkiem gumowym wykazało że właściwości mechaniczne i termomechaniczne zależą od ilości napełniacza.
