The main aim of this elaboration is research and valuation of the meaning of positive and negative aspects of the usage of the information technology among younger children both in the educational process as and to the organization of the free time. In a modern manner the computer and the Internet are perceived as technologies liable to destroy traditional barriers across new forms of the communication of people between himself, communications of human and computers, or computers among himself. In the information society is necessary the initiation of new technologies among younger children into suitable to the age of children the manner.

The paper thrash out management systems with the content (CMS - Content Management System) and their implying in the information society. In today's times ~ to the first decade of XXI age - how never before in history, the information begins to play the decisive part in the life of the man and the manner of his farming. Information society active use the information through creation it. If we would like to reach it we need the informative education already on lowest spokes of the lives and the learnings, such education which will permit to be to us not only with the passive receiver but also with the creator of the information. Such possibility assures the Internet and web pages, properly applied tools in this management systems with the content CMS make possible not only receiving of the information, but also the creation and spreading own. There let on creating of their own picture, creating and presenting of themselves. This is important because the place of the man in the information society will be depend on his creativity.
