Indicators should involve quantitative and qualitative measures in a company. Each organization should monitor and analyze the indicators to understand its performance and identify opportunities for improvement and development. Some indicators can be used to compare with competitors or market requirements. The aim of this paper is to analyze the performance measurement and management of companies based on primary research and highlight the indicators measuring performance in relation to the competition.
