In this paper, we consider the mobility and stability of a model of a tractor-lorry-trailer combination, consisting of a two-axle tractor and a single-axle semi-trailer, and its possible stationary states with fixed steering. A feature of this research is the study of a non-linear mathematical model of a two-link tractor-lorry-trailer combination. The set of steady-state conditions for the movement of the tractor-lorry-trailer combination model is determined on the basis of the developed mathematical model; it provides the necessary mobility for the passage of the circular overall traffic lane. The range of stable steady-state conditions of the road train is limited and the character of the loss of stability in the direct motion of the road train (divergent, flutter) is checked. The phase portraits of the system are constructed at different speeds, which allow us to estimate the range of attraction for direct motion. Stability issues are also considered, namely, the influence of the control parameters (θ, v) on stability or instability.

Content available Thermodynamic analysis of the conrod-free engine

The paper considers the problems related with the thermodynamic analysis of the conrod-free engine. A mathematical model of the intake system of the conrod-free engine is proposed, which takes into account the kinematics of the slider-crank mechanism. The computational model of the intake system of the engine with the slidercrank mechanism is presented. The model allowed determining dependencies of the mixture temperature in the intake pipeline on the rotation frequency of crankshaft and on the angle of opening of the throttle gate. The total pressure losses in the engine intake system are determined taking into account the kinematics of the slider-crank mechanism. The mathematical model of the intake system of engine allows evaluating the measures aimed at optimizing the engine design and increasing its fuel efficiency.

This paper describes the equipment design of E. O. Paton Electric Welding Institute and technology of microplasma spraying of coatings from powder and wire materials for applying biocompatible coatings for medical implants. The given equipment was introduced at an experimental robotics complex for microplasma spraying at D. Serikbayev East-Kazakhstan State Technical University By this example the authors discuss the challenges and prospects of the development and implementation of microplasma spraying technology.

Paton Electric Welding Institute oraz technologię natryskiwania mikroplazmy powłok z proszków i materiałów drucianych w celu nanoszenia biokompatybilnych powłok na implanty medyczne. Dany sprzęt został wprowadzony do eksperymentalnego kompleksu robotyki do natryskiwania mikroplazmy na Uniwersytecie Technicznym D. Serikbayev East-Kazakhstan. Na tym przykładzie autorzy omawiają wyzwania i perspektywy rozwoju i wdrażania technologii mikroplazmatycznej.
