In the proposed article we undertook the analysis of the question connected with the idea of moral personality in the study by Guido Gatti and its correlation with the sustainable development. The fundamental element of our research was to indicate that there is an interdependence between the dynamics of moral development and moral personality which, in consequence, leads to the idea of sustainable development as a condition sine qua non of the order in the life of man.

W proponowanym artykule pojęliśmy analizę zagadnienia związanego z koncepcją osobowości moralnej w badaniach Guido Gattiego i jej korelacji ze zrównoważonym rozwojem. Podstawowym elementem naszych poszukiwań było wskazanie, iż istnieje zależność między dynamiką rozwoju moralnego a osobowością moralną, co w konsekwencji prowadzi do idei zrównoważonego rozwoju jako warunku sine qua non porządku w życiu człowieka.

An objective function was developed to describe the hop extn. cost. Individual cost components were optimized. The Magnum var. was easier to ext. than the Marynka var. The extn. cost attained a min. in relation to extn. time and hop variety.

Przedstawiono model matematyczny ekstrakcji chmielu. Współczynniki desorpcji dla różnych obciążeń złoża wyznaczono na podstawie wyników badań na instalacji doświadczalnej. Model zweryfikowano również z wykorzystaniem danych ruchowych.

A desorption mass-transfer model was developed for the solid–supercrit. fluent extn. and tested on two Polish hop varieties, Marynka and Magnum. The desorption consts. based on the Arrhenius equation, evaluated from lab. and com. plant data for Marynka and Magnum, were resp. (3.83 and 4.83)·10-4 s-1 at 290 bar, 50°C, and CO2 flow rate 0.63–3.78 kg/(m2s).

Expert system technology is a major breakthrough of AI (artificial intelligence). This technology is especially useful when data describing the process are available for the data mining (knowledge acquisition). In this paper we present the rule set induction from a data set describing the process of hop extraction. Furthermore, we describe the methodology of using these rules to predict the process behavior for new, unseen situations. Thus, the expert system, containing such rule sets, may be used for monitoring the process and prediction. Two data mining methods were used for data mining: a LERS rule induction method using the MLEM2 algorithm and the generation of rule sets based on belief networks.

Fertilizers Research Institute in Pulawy developed the original technology for hop extraction with supercritical carbon dioxide together with the drying and granulation process in the CO2 atmosphere. The elaborated processes are realized on a commercial scale in INS. The plant provides the product which meets the highest quality standards and high recovery of aromatic oils and resins from the raw hop.
