Panująca na rynku producentów profili z tworzyw polimerowych konkurencja zmusza producentów do ciągłego obniżania kosztów produkcji. Jednym z rozwiązań tego problemu jest obniżenie zużycia surowca poprzez zastosowanie wytłaczania porującego. W pracy badawczej przedstawiono konstrukcję głowicy wytłaczarskiej i układu kalibrująco-chłodzącego dla porowanego profilu komorowego.

Leading on market of plastic profiles producers competition force producers for lowering production costs. One of solutoins of this problem is lowering raw material consumption by using foaming extrusion. Constraction of die head and calibration-cooling system for foaming extrusion of Celluk method was made in this research thesis.

Panująca na rynku producentów profili z tworzyw polimerowych konkurencja skłania producentów do ciągłego obniżania kosztów produkcji. Jednym z rozwiązań tego problemu jest uzyskanie większej wydajności wytłaczania przy użyciu celowo skonstruowanych narzędzi. W pracy badawczej dokonano modernizacji konstrukcji głowicy wytłaczarskiej i układu kalibrująco-chłodzącego dla cienkościennego profilu komorowego typu siding. W wyniku prowadzonych prac badawczo-wdrożeniowych wykonano i wdrożono do praktyki przemysłowej oprzyrządowanie umożliwiające wytłaczanie profilu w systemie dwustrumieniowym z prędkością dochodzącą prawie do 7 m/min.

Leading on market of plastic profiles producers competition force producers for lowering production costs. One of solutoins of this problem is to obtain better efficiency of extrusion for several tools. Modernization of construction of die head and calibration-cooling system for thin wall chamber siding profile was made in this paper. The tool system allows extrude double stream of profile with speed up to 7 meters per minute was made and implementationed in the results of research works.

The aim of introducing air into the outlet collector is to supply an additional portion of oxygen necessary for complete after-burning of hydrocarbon compounds and of carbon monoxide. The way of introducing additional air into the outlet collector with application of pre-heating from the flowing exhaust gas was presented in this paper. In the coming part the results of test bed investigations, with use of the presented solution, were given. The final part contains the conclusions drawn form the investigations.

The article presents an analysis of afterburning processes of exhaust gasses using additional air a turbo-charging system of the engine. A scheme of the afterburning system and its short description are presented in the first part. Subsequently a mathematical model describing the process of reactions occurring in the area of exhaust gases afterburning was presented. Calculation were carried out by use of a computer programme. Calculation results were presented in graphic form. The end part of the article consist of conclusions.

A computational model of traces of pressure and temperature changes during stratified charge combustion in Gasoline Direct Injection Engine (GDIE) was proposed in this paper. Basing upon the algorithm and making use of the Wibe's function of combustion traces of pressures and temperatures for charges of different coefficients of air excess where presented in the first part of the paper. The results where presented in form of diagrams. In the second part of the paper use was made of the programme KIVA for computer simulation of combustion process. The simulation aimed at obtaining distribution of temperatures during combustion of stratified mixture. Results of these calculations where presented in graphical form.
