Based on the Fe-Cr-Mn-Ni system a new generation of stainless steels with TRIP effect is proposed. The experimental investigations show how the mechanical properties, the energy absorption, the M s temperature and the fraction of the martensite formed are influenced by varying Ni contents. The strengths of the investigated steels increases and the strains decreases with an increasing fraction of strain induced formed a' martensite. The mechanical properties in the as-cast state of the material are quite similar to those in the rolled state.

Praca przedstawia nową generację stali z układu Fe-Cr-Mn-Ni z efektem TRIP. Przeprowadzone eksperymenty pozwoliły opisać własności mechaniczne, absorpcję energii, zmiany temperatury M s i udziału martenzytu w funkcji zawartości Ni. Wytrzymałość tych stali rośnie, a zakres odkształcenia plastycznego maleje wraz udziałem prowadzanego martenzytu alfa'. Własności mechaniczne badanych stali w stanie po odlaniu i po walcowaniu są zbliżone.
