The results of the bench tests of heat-recovery unit of the gas-piston mini cogeneration station constructed on the bases of the Yaroslavl Motor Plant engine are given. The effective scheme of the integration of the gas-piston mini cogeneration station into the standard heating boiler house, which makes it possible to en- sure the boiler house self-production and thermal load of hot water supply system, is proposed. The special features of internal combustion engine thermal operating mode and the design concepts of the heat utilization unit of the mini-cogeneration station are examined.

Experimental facility allowing to investigate thermo physical properties of hydrocarbon fluids, as well as to model filtration processes of a oil and gas-condensate mixtures in one-dimensional physical model of a layer at pressure up to 40 MPa and temperature up to 400 degrees of Celsius is created. Determination of viscosity and surface tension of fluids by the analysis of nonlinear oscillations of a viscous liquid drop using developed mathematical and numerical methods is made. Results of experimental investigations of thermophysical properties of hydrocarbon fluids, and results of thermal influences on gas-condensate mixture are presented.
