It is observed, that the structural reconstruction in heterochained polymers during their modification with mineral fillers essentially influence on strained behavior and strength characteristics of developed composites. By study of mechanical relaxation processes of modified heterochained polymers in range of low deformations (ε=1..4%) the concentration dependence of stress and relaxation modulus as well as the increasing (1.5...2 times) of elastic properties in compared with the initial polymers have been established.
