Presents scientific basis for improving of oil and gas fields development systems that integrate tools refine the geological model of development objects, monitoring the current state of development, evaluation of the effectiveness of implemented systems, create and use a geological-technological models, methods for forecasting the development of oil and gas fields, evaluation and forecasting of efficiently of technology for well stimulation and limiting water production, the use of technology for enhanced oil recovery.
The report presents the algorithms and software methodology for determining the optimal trajectory of the horizontal well in the reservoir using three-dimensional geological and hydrodynamic model. The implementation and use this methodology allows to determine the optimal zone for efficient formation of horizontal wells in the automated mode, using the results of hydrodynamic modeling. The algorithms involve the conversion of primary data for a given function, and after the conversion, the data is returned to the modeling software for visualization and further use. The software is designed as a stand-alone windows application that does not require installation of additional virtual environments. The utility is based on the Eclipse software data format, which can be considered standard and is compatible with most similar systems.
The important element of effective system of fields' development is rational location of wells within production formation. Solving this problem in the conditions of heterogeneous collectors with the use of traditional methods is not always successful. The offered method in the single complex of projecting development systems with the use of 3D model allows to optimize the task of selecting а rational variant of oil and gas deposit development.

The analysis of structure of oil and oil-and-gas reserves of oil deposits of Ukraine is conducted. Basic problems and directions of improvement of the field development system with hard-extractive and exhausted reserves are determined.

The technique of the macroanalysis and estimation of efficiency of existing systems of development of oil fields and the gas, based on dependences of criteria of efficiency on geological and technological parameters is considered. The technique allows to estimate efficiency of development of deposits current system and to generate recommendations for its improvement. Also results of use of a technique and the macroanalysis software for an estimation of efficiency of development systems of Ukraine deposits are presented.
