The paper deals with the problem connected with electromagnetic therapy (magnetic stimulation) from the point of view of relations which appear between therapist and patient. The research was based on questionnaires which checked these relations and also some other factors like patient needs in emotional area. The results of questioning are presented in diagrams.

W artykule przedstawiono problematykę terapii elektromagnetycznych (stymulacji magnetycznych) z punktu widzenia relacji pomiędzy lekarzem (fizjoterapeutą) a pacjentem. Badania oparto na kwestionariuszach, które sprawdzały te relacje, jak również pewne inne parametry, np. potrzeby pacjenta w obszarze emocji. Rezultaty badań zostały przedstawione na diagramach.

Celem opracowania jest próba rozważenia znaczenia wpływu relacji „pacjent – terapeuta” na jakość świadczonych usług terapeutycznych i vice versa – wpływu jakości otrzymywanych przez pacjenta usług terapeutycznych w polu elektromagnetycznym na jego relację z terapeutą. Praca oparta jest na porównaniu, dwóch różnych badań ankietowych prowadzonych w latach 2006-2007 w jednostce organizacyjnej podległej Centrum Kształcenia i Rehabilitacji Inwalidów w Warszawie.

The aim of the study is to consider the influence of the therapeutical relation between patient and therapist during therapy in electromagnetic field to the results of this therapy and vice versa – the influence of the quality of therapy in electromagnetic field to the therapeutical relation between patient and physiotherapist. The two groups of patients treated by the electromagnetic therapies were examined by the different questionnaires research, which was carried out in out-patients departments in CKiR in Warsaw in 2006 – 2007.

Artykuł stanowi próbę odpowiedzi na pytanie o skuteczność magnetoterapii i magnetostymulacji. W badaniach wykorzystano metodę ankietową w grupie pacjentów, poddanych zabiegom magnetoterapeutycznym. Wstępne wyniki wskazują na to, że efekty magnetoterapii nie wypływają z efektu placebo.

The paper attempts In finding an answer on efficiency of magnetotherapy and magnetostimulation. The group of patients treated by these therapies were ezamined by the questionairy system. The results shows that the therapeutical effects are not due to placebo effect.

This work presents a method for classification voices of children with various hearing disorders using self-organizing Kohonen maps. The principles of self-organizing maps were described. New tools for data analysis were developed. Results indicate on great usefulness of these maps in range of classification based on voice descriptors.

This paper presents a web-based system for distance acoustic investigation of human voice. The system is dedicated to diagnosis of speech disorders, and can also be used in evaluating voice rehabilitation resuIts, and in screening test of voice organ. The fundamental part of the paper contains an extensive description of the system for voice telediagnostics. The paper also presents a review of presently applied technologies and methods of voice transmission over the Internet.
