Opracowanie dotyczy analizy i w jej wyniku doskonalenia, procesu zarządzania opakowaniami zwrotnymi od klientów w dużym przedsiębiorstwie, zajmującym się produkcją uszczelnień karoseryjnych do samochodów oraz produkcją pasów transmisyjnych dla branży motoryzacyjnej i AGD. Przedstawiono problemy zidentyfikowane w firmie w zakresie gospodarki opakowaniowej i zaproponowano projekt doskonalenia, obejmujący między innymi wdrożenie metody 5S oraz systemu Kanban. Rozwiązania pokazane w artykule na przykładzie wybranego studium przypadku, mogą zostać zaadoptowane przez inne podmioty gospodarcze, borykające się z podobnymi problemami w analizowanym zakresie.

The study concerns the analysis and as a result of its improvement, the process of managing returnable packaging from customers in a large enterprise, dealing in the production of car body seals for cars and the production of transmission belts for the automotive industry and household appliances. Problems identified in the company in the field of packaging management were presented and an improvement project was proposed, including implementation of the 5S method and the Kanban system. The solutions shown in the article on the example of a selected case study may be adopted by other business entities struggling with similar problems in the analyzed scope.

W pracy przedstawiono wyniki badań wpływu temperatury na formowanie się warstw powierzchniowej i przyściennej w handlowym smarze plastycznych ŁT4-S2, w pobliżu ścianek wykonanych z sześciu różnych materiałów, tj. tworzyw elastomerowych (70E, 70F), tworzyw termoplastycznych (PTFE, PU) oraz stopów metali (B47, C11000). Badania przeprowadzono na reometrze rotacyjnym pracującym w układzie płytka–płytka. Wyznaczono krzywe zmian lepkości dynamicznej oraz naprężeń stycznych w smarze plastycznym w funkcji gradientu prędkości ścinania, w obszarze warstwy przyściennej, w temperaturze od -20 °C do 60°C.

The influence of temperature on superficial and boundary layers forming in commercial grease ŁT4-S2, in the vicinity of walls made of six different materials, i.e. two elastomeric materials (70E, 70F), two thermoplastic materials (PTFE, PU) and two metal alloys (B47, C11000), are presented in this paper. The studies were carried out by means of a rotational rheometer with a parallel plate measuring system. Curves of changes in dynamic viscosity and shear stress in the grease as a function of shear rate in the boundary layer at a temperature from -20°C to 60°C were determined.

Artykuł ma na celu przybliżenie zagadnienia identyfikacji i związanej z nią identyfikowalności wyrobów spożywczych, jako ważnych elementów żywnościowego łańcucha logistycznego. W opracowaniu przedstawiono fragmenty badania własnego z obszaru identyfikacji wyrobów w sektorze wyrobów mleczarskich, wskazując na rozwiązania stosowane przez przedsiębiorców w podejmowanej problematyce.

Article aims to bring the issues of identification and related traceability of food products, as important elements of the food chain logistics. The paper presents fragments of author’s research in the area of identification of the products in the dairy sector, pointing to the solutions used by entrepreneurs in undertaken problems.

W artykule przedstawiona została problematyka projektowania wskaźników monitorowania procesów jako zadania, które mają do zrealizowania przedsiębiorstwa, które chcą doskonalić swoje procesy. Projektowanie wskaźników monitorowania procesów jest jednym z obligatoryjnych wymagań dotyczących firm funkcjonujących w środowisku np. systemu ISO 9001. Zwykle proces projektowania tychże wskaźników przysparza organizacjom problemów, z uwagi na spełnienie aspektu adekwatności wskaźnika/miernika do charakteru procesu, który będzie nim mierzony. Artykuł w swojej praktycznej części, opiera się na wynikach obserwacji bezpośredniej w przedsiębiorstwach w zakresie podejmowanego tematu oraz doświadczeń autorskich wynikających z implementacji systemów zarządzania jakością. Celem głównym artykułu jest przedstawienie propozycji wskaźników, które mogą być wykorzystane przez organizacje realizujące procesy podobne do tych, realizowanych w przedsiębiorstwie stanowiącym podmiot analizowanego studium przypadku.

This paper presents the problem of designing indicators for monitoring the processes as tasks to firms seeking to implement to improve their processes. Designing indicators for monitoring processes, is one of the mandatory requirements for companies operating in an environment such as the ISO 9001 standard. Normally, the design process of these indicators, the organization poses problems because of the performance aspect of the adequacy of the indicator / measure to the nature of the process that it will be measured. The article in its practical part, based on the results of direct observation in enterprises undertaken in the subject and the author's experience resulting from the implementation of quality management system.

Computer quality management support on a farm : case study

The article presents a computer-aided tool for quality management support, on the example of a farm involved in breeding cattle. The motivation for a tool to support farm management was the need to standardize the documentation including different types of records, discrepancies and to facilitate the archiving process. The project was developed in an Excel spreadsheet, with the principle of the most user-friendly interface between the user and the used support tool. The advantage of the project is the possibility to use it analogically in other farming industries, and the possibility of tool expansion, possible by adding modules depending on particular requirements of the farmer. The main reason to address the issue presented in the article is the lack of applicable IT solutions that would support farmers in farm management, and the willingness to show that a huge step may be done easily, as regards improvement in work, raising its quality and time-saving

W artykule scharakteryzowano metodg bezwykopowq budowy sieci - mikrotunelowanie oraz zaprezentowano geologiczne aspekty realizacji tych prac. Na przykladzie inwestycji - budowa kolektorów "Wełnowiecki II" i "Warszawska" w Katowicach przedstawiono szczegółowo warunki geologiczno - inżynierskie terenu oraz ich analiz pod kątem specyfiki prowadzonych prac mikrotunelowania. Dla zobrazowania występujących geologicznych "problemów" przy realizacji prac metodami bezwykopowymi podano z literatury przykłady.

The construction without excavation works of water supply and sewage system - micro tunneling method as well as geological aspects of these works were presented in the article. On the example of construction the collectors "Wetnowiecki II" and "Warszawska" in Katowice, the geological - engineering soil conditions and their analysis concerning the micro tunneling works were detailed presented. For illustrate the geological "problems" occurring during without excavation works with micro tunneling method the examples from literature were given.
