Przedstawiono wyniki badań różnych wariantów szybkiego pomiaru elementów obrotowo - symetrycznych z wykorzystaniem współrzędnościowej maszyny pomiarowej oraz specjalizowanych urządzeń pomiarowych stykowych i optycznych. Skrócenie czasu pomiaru, przy jednoczesnym zapewnieniu metrologicznej poprawności uzyskiwanych rezultatów, możliwe jest dzięki opracowaniu odpowiedniej strategii pomiarowej oraz wprowadzeniu własnych rozwiązań np. konstrukcja kła mocującego.

The goal of the presented paper is to work out the measurement strategy with a shortened measurement time but ensuring the required measurements accuracy of round symmetrical details. Nowadays the customer requirements are very high and they force the producers to improve the manufacturing methods and quality control systems. It refers also to the motor and aerospace industry. All details of a truck or a plane have to work long without failures. Therefore, the attention is paid to the accuracy of each responsible detail. The Company FOS POLMO Łódź SA and the Institute of Mechanical Engineering (Poznan University of Technology) have started the joined research program on the strategies of quick and accurate measurements of round symmetrical details. The research is based on the CMM and specialized measuring devices. The appropriate software provides the processing of the obtained data and the possibility to create a correction file for the machining center. It is crucial, however, to work out the measurement strategy with shorter measuring time but ensuring the needed accuracy. As a result of the investigations, the recommendations are formulated, which will lead to rise in the effectiveness and competitiveness of the POLMO Company.

Przedstawiono wyniki badań zdolności procesu pomiarowego do pomiaru wałów korbowych. Opracowane procedury pomiaru oraz wprowadzenie własnych rozwiązań, np. konstrukcja kła mocującego, umożliwiły poprawę zdolności procesu pomiarowego.

Presented are the results of the research work aiming in estimation of effectiveness of the crankshaft measuring procedures. The developed measuring procedures also introducing some appropriate issues, such as specifically designed support center, have made it possible to improve effectiveness of the measuring procedure.

Współrzędnościowe maszyny pomiarowe w szeroko rozumianym przemyśle maszynowym stały się w ostatnich latach codziennością. Maszyny pomiarowe mogą służyć m.in. do bezpośredniego wyznaczania wartości korekcyjnych dla maszyn technologicznych w cyklu produkcyjnym. W pracy omówionej w artykule dokonano sprzężenia zwrotnego obrabiarki ze współrzędnościową maszyną pomiarową, dzięki czemu maszyna generuje plik korekcji cech geometrycznych wału korbowego. Przeanalizowano ułożenie przedmiotu do pomiarów i przygotowano uchwyt pomiarowy. Opracowano konfigurację trzpieni i program pomiarowy. W efekcie nawet niewprawny użytkownik maszyny pomiarowej bez problemu może przygotować dyskietkę ze zbiorem korekcyjnym.

Coordinate measuring machines in various branches of industry within last years became very common. Measuring machines can be used e.g. for direct determination of correction values for machine tools in production cycle. In the paper a description of closed loop of machine tool and coordinate measuring machine was given. Thus CMM generates a correction file with data including crankshaft geometry. Position of crankshaft during measurements was analyzed and holder for crankshaft was designed and made. Probe pins configuration was prepared and measuring program was elaborated. As a result even a non-skilled operator can easily prepare floppy with correction file.
