W artykule omówiono najważniejsze kwestie zawarte w nowym rozporząia PUU dotyczącym środków ochrony indywidualnej z odniesieniami do dotychczas obowiązującej dyrektywy nr 89/686/EWG 19 i 20 stycznia 2016 r. w Parlamencie Europejskim odbyto się pierwsze i jedyne czytanie „Propozycji rozporządzenia Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady w sprawie środków ochrony indywidualnej i wycofania dyrektywy Rady 89/686/EWG" połączone z głosowaniem. Podstawą głosowania w PE był opublikowany przez Radę Europejską4 września 2015 r. skonsolidowany tekst, wypracowany w „trilogu", czyli w trakcie spotkań trójstronnych Komisji Europejskiej, Rady Unii Europejskiej i Parlamentu Europejskiego, instytucji zaangażowanych w proces ustawodawczy UE. Nieformalne negocjacje w trilogu przed każdorazowym czytaniem pozwalają znacznie skrócić zwykły tryb postępowania ustawodawczego. Ponieważ PE wprowadzając własne zmiany redakcyjne i niewielkie uzupełnienia, wyraził zgodę na wynegocjowane w trilogu zmiany, rozporządzenie ŚOI - po ocenie zmian wprowadzonych przez Parlament, Komisję Europejską i Radę mogło zostać bez zwłoki, 31 marca 2016 r., opublikowane. Nowe rozporządzenie zastąpiło dyrektywę SOI 89/686/EWG.

Am 19 und 20 Januar 2016 fand die erste und einzige Lesung des "Vorschlags für eine Verordnung des Europäischen Parlaments und des Rats für Persönliche Schutzausrüstung und die Zurückziehung der Ratsrichtlinie 89/686/EWG" (PSA-V) mit Abstimmung im Europäischen Parlament statt. Zugrunde lag der am 4. September 2015 vom Europäischen Rat veröffentlichte, konsolidierte Text des Vorschlags als Ergebnis des "Trilogs". Unter einem Trilog versteht mań paritätisch zusammengesetzte Dreiertreffen zwischen der Europäischen Kommission, dem Rat der Europäischen Union und den Europäischen Parlament, den m den gesetzgebenden Prozess der EU involvierten. Institutionen. Das ordentliche Gesetzgebungsverfahren kann durch informelle Trilog-Verhandlungen von der jeweiligen Lesung (hier der ersten Lesung) erheblich abgekürzt werden. Da das Europäische Parlament den im Trilog ausgehandelten Änderungen am 20 Januar 2016 mit eigenen. redaktionellen Änderungen und geringfügigen Ergänzungen zugestimmt hat, konnte die PSA- V - nach einer ähnlichen Bewertung der Änderungen des Parlaments durch Europäische Kommission und Rat - am 31 3.2016 zügig veröffentlicht werden.

Selected physical parameters of common hornbeam nuts were determined in five batches of nuts harvested from seed tree stands in northern Poland. The results were used to calculate the arithmetic and geometric mean diameters, aspect ratio, sphericity index, volume and density of each nut. The above parameters were compared by analysis of variance, correlation analysis and linear regression analysis. Habitat conditions had a greater influence on nut plumpness than the age of the tree stand. Nut width was highly correlated with nut mass, and the above observation can be used in the process of separating nuts into mass categories. When two mesh screens with 5 mm and 6 mm openings are used, nuts will be separated into a fine-sized fraction containing 71.4% of nuts with reduced plumpness, 24.1% of moderately plump nuts and 1.8% of plump nuts, and a coarse-sized fraction containing 2.0% of nuts with reduced plumpness, 43.6% of moderately plump nuts and 54.4% of plump nuts.

The German transport and personal protective equipment (PPE) technical committees of the German Social Accident Insurance have laid down criteria, which have since become established, for hearing protectors to be used in railway systems and road traffic in Germany: only hearing protectors which do not significantly impair the audibility of auditory warning signals may be used. In addition, the Institute for Occupational Safety and Health of the German Social Accident Insurance (BGIA) has proposed a simple criterion for the selection of hearing protectors for workplaces outside railway systems and road traffic which perform well with regard to signal audibility (general), speech intelligibility, and perception of informative operating sound (AIP). This criterion is based upon the research carried out in the field of signal audibility in railway systems and road traffic and upon an additional study. It has been established by the German PPE technical committee and is presented here.
