The article is devoted to the analysis of different methods of irrigation water purification from suspended particles. There have been considered the problems of irrigation water purification by using the low-frequency vibration technology and the effects arising from the influence of vibration on the water with different floating impurities. Vibration parameters that allow obtaining the effect of standing wave was substantiated. Also in the article have been disclosed the influence of low-frequency vibration on the quality of water purification depending on the types of pollution and their granulometric composition. Obtained the hydraulic characteristics of the mesh such as the effect of vibration on the pressure loss.

The paper presents a modern approach to the construction of collaboration platforms in virtual scientific communities, which is based on the ideas of decentralization and crypto security. The risks and disadvantages of existing collaboration solutions are considered, as well as possible ways of their elimination. Research highlights cornerstone technologies of the platform, in particular, peer-to-peer network, the blockchain, distributed hosting, self-sovereign identity and interconnections between them.

A complex system of social and educational inclusion needs competent analysis to make it possible proper management and comprehensive improvement. To analyze one of the actual facets of such a system, namely, its ICT support, it is necessary to take into account the various needs of socially vulnerable people. A set of guidance to web accessibility is a convenient instrument, that provides various approaches in designing goods and technologies. Among other, such guidance helps to design websites with no access barriers, which is extremely important for people with special needs. To analyze the websites and different online resources, which might be of interest to a person with special needs during the social and educational inclusion, a list of characteristics was developed. It must be taken into account the classification and the structure of information materials, website`s structure, design, etc. The unification of the ICT for people, involved in educational and social inclusion, will improve informational and technological support of such process.

The special feature of teaching children with special needs is the need to take into account their needs and abilities. An integral part of the process of teaching students with autism is the provision of communication, the development of social skills and academic (traditional) training. For the development and improvement of the system of IT support for the training of children with autism, the most promising directions are the technologies of an Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR). The model of data flows in such support system allows determining its basic features and principles of operation in the system. To train Social and household orientation for students with autism, several social scenarios were proposed, using the VR and AR technologies.

The intelligent decision making requires the consideration of current contextual information. The article is devoted to construction of formal models for the presentation and usage of contextual information for decision-making in the field of employment. The paper analyses existing approaches to the definition of the concept of context at the conceptual level. The results of comparison of formal context models taking into consideration the requirements for employment business processes are presented. The ontological approach is selected as a basis for contextual models specification. The paper presents the formal representation of the context models for business operations of the employment sector. The model of contextual graphs for the solution of the problem of employment business operations context refinement was developed.

The paper examines modern ways to improve the efficiency of information perception using multimedia technology, thus ensuring the use of a powerful new tool for understanding of information by persons with various forms of nosology. The use of assistive computer technologies for people with disabilities is investigated. The peculiarities of formation of multimedia information content for users with special needs were analyzed. The digital library as a set of information technology services is proposed making multimedia information content accessible to users with various forms of nosology. It was investigated that in spite of rapid development of modern communication means and assistive technologies their use is limited for people with disabilities, in particular for hearing impaired people. Most of available technologies for hearing impaired people translate speech into text. As was shown this approach is not fairly efficient because Sign language turned out to be the most convenient way of communication for the respondents.

In spite of the fact that modern statistical and neural net based tools for parsing natural language texts supersede classical approaches there are still areas where generative grammars are used. These are areas where collection of universal parallel corpuses is still in the progress. National sign languages are among them. Ontologies and common sense databases play valuable role in parsing and translation of such languages. Grammatically augmented ontology (GAO) is an ontology extension that links phrases to their meaning. The link is established via special expressions that connect phrase meaning to grammatical and semantical attributes of words that constitute it. The article introduces a new approach to sentence parsing that is based on integration of ontology relations into productions of weighted affix context-free grammar (WACFG). For that reason a new parser for WACFG grammar was developed inspired by works of C.H.A. Koster. Basic properties of WACFG are discussed and the algorithm for selection and convertion of GAO expressions into the set of WACFG productions is provided. The proposed algorithm turned out to be feasible in the context of parsing and translating Ukrainian Spoken and Ukrainian Sign language. The developed approach for mixed semantical and syntactical sentence parsing was tested on the database of sentences from Ukrainian fairy tail by Ivan Franko “Fox Mykyta” where 92 % of sentences were correctly parsed.

The importance of consolidated information resources development for social data institutions at the level of towns and establishments with a view to their further integration into national information resource is substantiated. “Smart city” projects portfolio is a new innovative model of the city, region and country development. A considerable part of the world cities and towns use the current innovation for project implementation providing their development with application of intellectual digital information – telecommunication networks and technologies. “Smart city” project implementation is encouraged by the world developed countries in order to rise living standards and economic growth of regions and cities. “Smart city” consolidated information recourse development is based on the application of modern information and communication technologies, tools design and operation algorithms and ways of polymodal information presentation and processing.

This paper describes main modern tendencies of the design and development of intelligent information technologies, implementing process of generating recommendations in tourism recommender systems. The basic trends of the e-tourism information technology tools are analyzed to show importance of creation for multitask, multykontent mobile e-tourism recommender systems with decision support functions in terms of the tourism group, which is regarded as a single collective user.

Approaches of size and accuracy analysis are relevant and universal for complex of ensure constructions at their assembly accuracy and interchangeability tasks decisions. Such approaches are usually based on dimensional chains (DC) theory apparatus, which is sufficiently developed, but, has a number of unsolved problems, such as polymer composites materials (PCM) geometrical parameters accuracy calculation. Difficulty arises applying above theory, both on DC formation and synthesis stage and on analysis and calculation subsequent stage. There is also a number of assumptions, which simplifies analysis of metallic constructions, but makes significant errors for PCM settlement. This paper presents an analysis of formation and synthesis procedures for spatial DC (SDC) and all kinds of heterogeneous materials (including PCM), which showed unreasonableness of using “classical” methods and needs to clarify, on issue of taking into account PCM parts constructive-technological specifics parameters. Different approaches in composite constructions SDC model representation, among which the best approach has been defined, in which geometry of model is a structure of related coordinate systems of constructions parts. This approach allows to take into account the complex PCM structure as possible representation of their subsystems individual structures. Also take into account specific technological factors on PCM production stages and construction assembly stages. Proposed approach involves the use of general structure model decomposition, which simplifies construction, and makes SDC model universal. Proposed method allows to build effective PCM structures models, designs to perform SDC formation and synthesis procedures, as well as further SDC analysis.

Подходы размерно-точностного анализа являются актуальными и универсальными для решения комплексных задач обеспечения точности и взаимозаменяемости конструкций при их сборке. Такие подходы, как правило, основываются на аппарате теории размерных цепей (РЦ), который в свою очередь является достаточно развитым, но несмотря на это, имеет ряд нерешенных задач, например, связанных с расчетом точности геометрических параметров сборных конструкций из полимерно-композитных материалов (ПКМ). Сложности применения вышеупомянутой теории возникают, как на этапах формирования и синтеза РЦ конструкции, так и на последующих этапах их анализа и расчета. Также имеется ряд допущений, который упрощает анализ металлических конструкций, но для ПКМ вносит значительные погрешности расчетов. В настоящей работе представлены результаты анализа актуального состояния процедур формирования и синтеза пространственных РЦ (ПРЦ) для сборных конструкций из неоднородных материалов (в т.ч. ПКМ), которые показали нецелесообразность применения «классической» методологии и необходимость ее уточнения, в вопросе учета специфики конструктивно-технологических параметров составных частей конструкции (СЧ) из ПКМ. Рассмотрены различные подходы в представлении модели ПРЦ сборных конструкций, оптимальным среди которых был определен подход, при котором модель геометрии представляется в виде структур связанных систем координат ее СЧ. Такой подход позволяет учесть сложную структуру ПКМ, т.к. возможно представление отдельных структур их подсистем. Также учитывается специфические технологические факторы, которые возникают на этапах изготовления СЧ из ПКМ и сборки конструкции в целом. Предложенный подход подразумевает использование декомпозиции общей структуры модели, что упрощает процедуры построения, а саму модель ПРЦ делает универсальной. Предложенная методика позволяет строить эффективные модели структур ПРЦ конструкций из ПКМ для выполнения процедур как формирования и синтеза, так и дальнейшего анализа ПРЦ.

Aktualnym i uniwersalnym podejściem do analiz wymiarowo-dokładnościowych i kompleksowych zadań, zapewnienia dokładności i zamienności konstrukcyjnej w montażu jest teoria łańcuchów wymiarowych. Podejście to oparte o aparat teorii łańcuchów wymiarowych (ŁW) jest wystarczająco dopracowane, mimo iż istnieje szereg nierozwiązanych zadań, np. związanych z obliczaniem dokładności parametrów geometrycznych konstrukcji składanych z polimerowo-kompozycyjnych materiałów (PKM). Złożoność zastosowania ww. teorii pojawia się w etapach formowania i syntezy ŁW konstrukcji oraz na kolejnych etapach ich analizy i obliczeń. Istnieje szereg założeń, które upraszczają analizę metalowych konstrukcji, lecz dla PKM są obarczone znacznymi błędami. W pracy przedstawiono wyniki analizy aktualnego stanu procedur kształtowania i syntezy przestrzennych ŁW (PŁW) dla konstrukcji montowanych z niejednorodnych materiałów (w tym PKM), które wykazały niecelowość stosowania „klasycznej” metodologii i konieczność jej uściślenia w zagadnieniach uwzględnienia specyfiki konstrukcyjno-technologicznych parametrów elementów składowych (ES) konstrukcji z PKM. Rozpatrzono różne podejścia w przedstawianiu modelu PŁW montowanych konstrukcji, optymalnym wśród których było wyznaczone podejście, przy którym model geometrii przedstawiono w postaci struktur powiązanych systemem współrzędnych z ES. Takie podejście pozwala uwzględnić złożoną strukturę PKM, ponieważ możliwe jest przedstawienie oddzielnych struktur ich podsystemów. Uwzględnia to także specyficzne, technologiczne czynniki, które pojawiają się na etapach wytworzenia ES z PKM oraz montażu całej konstrukcji. Zaproponowane podejście przewiduje wykorzystanie dekompozycji ogólnej struktury modelu, co upraszcza procedury budowy, a sam model PŁW czyni uniwersalnym. Zaproponowana metoda pozwala budować efektywne modele PŁW konstrukcji z PKM dla wytwarzania procedur oraz formowania i syntezy, jak i dla dalszej analizy PŁW.

The authors describe a scientific substantiation of the concept “social and communicative engineering", outline the object and the purpose of study of a new type of engineering, which is being actively formed and is objectively demanded in today's information society. Social and communicative engineering forms rules of the correct construction of social groups, of the setting of internal relations in them and regulations of the building of relationships with the outside world. The methods of social and communicative engineering are specific techniques used for the designing and the construction of social and communicative technologies and systems, and also scientific, where the leading one is the system analysis. Social and communicative engineering, in the authors’ interpretation, is a set of methods, tools and means which, when is used systematically, allows to design and create the qualitative and effective social and communicative technologies and systems. In other words, social and communicative engineering is the science that investigates the processes of construction, projecting and creation of social and communicative technologies and systems. Social and communicative engineering, as the science that studies the processes of designing and creating of social and communicative systems, is in demand, particularly during the formation of the system of relations between members of different parties and political platforms, ideological beliefs of various communities through the establishing of communications, particularly with the engagement of possibilities of the information spreading through social networks.

The paper is devoted to a depth analysis of the intellectual processes of dynamic formation of personal audio and video content for mobile information support of a user during his touristic trip. The main goal is to develop methodological approaches that are appropriate to use for designing one of the subsystems of innovative intelligent system "MIAT" (Mobile Information Assistant of Tourists) that will provide formation and processing of audio and video content that is required for individual information technology of user support during realization his excursion. The authors examined the architecture of mobile audio travel guides and algorithmic synchronization tools of their multimedia content components. Travel guidebooks in DAISY format are proposed to use as sources of multimedia content that accompanies the trip or tour. The basic requirements for mobile subsystems of intelligent information systems "MIAT" are formed, so it is responsible for dynamic personalized audio and video support tourists during realization his trip.

The main goal of the article is generalization of intellectual innovation project of information system “Mobile information assistant of the tourist” (MIAT), which provide a full-featured integrated information and technological support to tourists during planning and implementation stages of his journey using a wide range of modern information technologies. About two-thirds of today's tourists use information technology to plan and support their journey, while a significant number of them use mobile computer and telecommunications devices. The result of the research made by the group of researchers of the University “Lviv Polytechnic” is the project of innovative intelligent system “Mobile information assistant of a tourist” oriented on IT support of the user in planning and realization of his/her tourist trip in accordance with information technology slogan “EVERYTHING! HERE! IMMEDIATELY!!!”.

The work is devoted to inclusive education process modeling by means of Petri nets with the aim to formalize the requirements to information technology support of such learning. The analysis of mathematical model of the inclusive education process allowed identifying factors of influence on this process. The study of specific interaction of external and internal factors and their influence on the output parameters was carried out, using the analysis of the procedure of educational aim achievement and additional conditions. Petri net of the education process of a person with special needs was developed. The decomposition process of inclusive education in the form of serial and parallel implementation of relevant educational tasks allowed developing functional requirements to a complex information technology of inclusive education support. For the design of information technology for information storage and structuring in the process of inclusive education, a mathematical model of subject domain description formation process was used.

The article is devoted to the analysis of the possibilities of GPS-technology (Global Positioning System) in the tourism industry. The study is devoted to the identification and analysis of functionality of mobile computing devices equipped with GPS receiver in tourism industry, the methods and means of their implementation, building on this basis a mobile information technology for tourist support at all stages of his journey. To achieve the goal a number of mobile information systems using data GPS, methods and means of their implementation, a comparative analysis of current cartographic services that are used in the developing of mobile information technology applications for tourist are analyzed. The study outlines the place of GPS-technology in the "Mobile tourist information assistant" system, and the role of Google Maps services for information technology support and implementation of the main tourist features in mentioned mobile information system.

The paper analyses a number of advanced mobile information technologies in the sphere of tourism. A large volume of information has been processed to determine the main areas of development and improvement of tourism mobile information technologies. Mobile information technologies are built both for tourists and for travel agencies. In this paper, information technologies for individual tourists are laid stress on. These are tourist program guides, augmented reality tourist information systems, gamification traveling systems, tourist location based systems and others. The paper offers description of the available mobile software for trip planning and information support of tourists during a trip. It consists of two chapters: the current studies and existing mobile program algorithmic tools. According to the research outcomes, the authors propose to build a new information system for tourists Mobile Tourist Information Assistant. A set of functional features of this system as an integrated information system relying on mobile applications is proposed. The main principle of the system is EVERYTHING, HERE AND NOW.

The article is devoted to modern tendency and problems in the development of information technologies in the sphere of tourism. The aim of this paper is system analysis and identification of prospective areas of information technology in the field of tourism. The basic trends shaping the prospects for improvement in the information technology tools oriented to full and quality to meet the needs of ordinary tourists are consolidation of information resources in tourism; intellectualization of functions for software and applications, information technology and systems; interface virtualization environment for information systems, oriented to the needs of tourists; mobilization of tourists information technology support in the exercise of his trip; personalization tourist information needs, taking into account its specific individual requests tastes and preferences. All of them are analysed and described in the article. As a result author distinguished the main problems in the sphere of information technologies for tourist domain and main perspective spheres of next researches.

This article presented a new solution to the problem of forming a mathematical model of an automated assembly in the form of binary relations of movement restrictions on 3D models created in CATIA. Shown that the use of new software lets you analyze an large assembly, is practically in polynomial time.

This paper presents the method of assembly-oriented design with the use of DFA Expert computer software. The use of this method for analysis and redesign of the assembly product "Polimag" allowed to reduce the number of parts almost by half and to cut the estimated production cost appreciably.
