This paper investigates the productivity of the switchgrass seeds (Panicum virgatum L.) in close interaction with the agroecological conditions of the vegetation period. An impact has been established of the storage period on the indicator of the laboratory germination power of the seeds, which has been obtained under different soil conditions. In the future a highquality seed material of the switchgrass can provide better conditions for the growth and development of plants in the initial stages of organogenesis.

W pracy zbadano produktywność nasion prosa rózgowego (Panicum virgatum L.) w ścisłym powiązaniu z warunkami rolno-ekologicznymi okresu wegetacji. Ustalono wpływ okresu przechowywania na wskaźnik zdolności kiełkowania nasion przez laboratorium, uzyskany w różnych warunkach glebowych. W przyszłości wysokiej jakości materiał może zapewnić lepsze warunki wzrostu i rozwoju roślin w początkowych etapach organogenezy.

W artykule przeanalizowano wpływ węglowych jednostek cieplnych dwustopniowego spalania węgla w dodatkowym piecu na zdolność manewrowania i mobilność. Oczekuje się, że zastosowanie separatorów membranowych do wzbogacenia tlenu dostarczanego do paleniska kotła spowoduje ograniczenie ilości tworzących się szkodliwych substancji nawet w przypadku spalania węgla o niskiej jakości.

It was considered the impact on mobility and maneuverability coal thermal units of two-phasic combustion of coal in an additional furnace. Application of membrane separators for enrichment of oxygen supplied to the furnace of the boiler, it is expected to reduce the formation of harmful substances, even when burning low quality coal.

The principles of civil aviation safety and efficiency in conditions of air transportation market globalization are considered. The paper paid special attention to the civil aviation threats and risks in the context of globalization processes. The paper deals with problems of changes of multilateral and bilateral regulations philosophy, the liberalization of airlines designation, national ownership and control provisions, the development of airline alliances, code-sharing agreements and franchising, the development of low-cost carriers operations, the outsourcing of ground handling, aircraft repair and maintenance, the globalization and commercialization of airports and air navigation service providers, the significant growth of air cargo and logistics transportations.

Improvement of international airline fare policy is one of basic instruments of airlines commercial activity in the conditions of ongoing mounting of aircraft operating costs and tuff competition. Development of globalization processes changes the rules of game and mechanisms of international fares regulations. Present research paper discusses principles of aviation transport pricing regulations in the conditions of globalization and liberalization.
