W pracy, dla osiągnięcia założonego celu postanowiono rozwiązać problem sformułowany w postaci pytania: Jaki wpływ na wydajność masową, udziały masowe czterech frakcji wymiarowych, a szczególnie frakcji o wielkości ziaren (400 – 800) μm, mają parametry ruchu, celowo sterowane: prędkość obrotowa komór, amplituda drgań zespołu roboczego, częstotliwość drgań zespołu roboczego, stopień wypełnienia komór, czas mielenia? Uzyskano, w badany zakresie, optymalne wartości zmiennych sterowanych z ilością skierowanej frakcji wymiarowej produktu (jakością) <400 – 800> μm.

At work, for the achievement of the objective, it was decided to solve the problem formulated in the form of questions: what is the impact on the performance of the mass, the mass shares of four dimensional factions, and particularly the fraction with the size of product (400-800) μm, have parameters of traffic intentionally controlled: rotational speed, amplitude of vibration of the band, frequency band, the degree of filling of the ventricles, the time of grinding? Obtained in the test area, the optimum values of the variables are controlled with the volume of addressed the fraction dimensional prod-uct (quality) <400-800>μm.
