Temat opracowano na podstawie realizacji projektu o nazwie "Innowacyjny system posuwu maszyny wydobywczej podnoszący efektywność wydobycia oraz bezpieczeństwo pracy w kompleksach ścianowych", o nr umowy PBS1/B2/5/2012 dofinansowanym przez Narodowe Centrum Badań i Rozwoju w ramach Programu Badań Stosowanych. W celu wytworzenia innowatorskich odlewów do posuwu maszyny górniczej opracowano produkcyjny proces technologiczny podparty modelowaniem komputerowym. Zaprojektowane technologie wdrożono do wytworzenia eksperymentalnej partii odlewów prowadnika i zębatki. Przeprowadzone badania jakościowe parametrów wytypowanych odlewów próbnych zębatki i prowadnika z wybranych gatunków materiałów, potwierdziły słuszność założeń technologicznych, wysoką jakość odlewów oraz właściwy dobór technologii. Wyniki badań potwierdziły także możliwość wprowadzenia tej technologii do produkcji seryjnej pełnowartościowych odlewów.

This topic was worked out on the basis of the project: ‘Innovatory system of the mining machine advance, improving efficiency of mining and work safety in wall complexes’, No. PBS1/B2/5/2012 co-financed by the National Centre of Research and Development within the Program of Applied Research. In order to manufacture innovatory castings for the mining machine advancement the production technological process - supported by computer modelling - was developed. The developed technologies were implemented in the production of experimental castings of a guide and toothed bar. The performed quality examinations of parameters of test castings of the guide and toothed bar - of the selected materials - confirmed the rightness of technological assumptions, high quality of castings and the proper technology selection. The obtained results confirmed also the possibility of introducing this technology to a serialized production of full value castings.

Industrial Tests on "Formowax" Pattern Wax Under Investment Foundry Conditions

Soft pattern waxes used in investment castings are a mixture of paraffin, stearin and minor amounts of ceresin, polyethylene wax and other natural and synthetic waxes. Nowadays foundries conduct the process of pattern wax formulating on their own. However, instability of the ingredients parameters can have a negative impact on the technological characteristics of the obtained waxes. The paper presents the results of tests on applying a ready-made "FORMOWAX" pattern wax developed by Polwax Sp. z o.o. Application of the reference wax was tested for standard patterns made in Specodlew investment foundry.

Hasło tegorocznych Międzynarodowych Targów Przemysłowych w Hanowerze "Get new technology first" przedstawia dążenie wszystkich krajów uprzemysłowionych do stosowania najnowszych technologii. Zapewniają one bowiem wytwarzanie najlepszych wyrobów o konkurencyjnych cenach i miejsce na światowym rynku. Wystawcy wykazywali dużą inwencję w przedstawianiu swoich osiągnięć i zachęcali zwiedzających oraz potencjalnych klientów nie tylko do nawiązania stosunków handlowych, lecz także do zapoznania się z oferowanymi przez nich technologiami i możliwością współpracy. Ta wielka impreza międzynarodowa nie została, niestety, wzbogacona przez polskich dostawców, którzy stanowili tylko wąską grupę.

The password of this year's International Industry Trade Fair in Hannover "Get new technology first" presents tendency of all industrialized countries to utilize newest technologies. They ensure namely producing the best goods at competitive prices as well as the place on the world market. The ixhibitors have shown a great invention in the prensentation of their achievements and encouraged the visitors and eventual customers to establish the trade relations as well as to acquaint themselves with the technologies being offert and possibilities of the cooperation. This big international event was not, unfortunately, enriched by polish suppliers, which were present in a rather small group.
